  1. Yes you can put a watermark in the drafts. Do share these files only thru the conversations in the order page, that way Fiverr can easily trace any problems with the order if ever you need to reach out to them. You must have outlined exactly in your gig page what your offer is, what is included, and samples of work you have done. Be clear on how many revisions are included, if this only covers black and white drawings, etc. Of course if you are in the creative field it can be a little subjective, and you definitely cannot please everyone -- but the clearer your gig description and samples are and what you cover the easier it will be when you face stuff like this. You will have to defend yourself with Customer Support that you did your gig exactly as advertised by your gig description. More times than not it will be fine and you will not have an issue unless you are dealing with a very difficult buyer who just wants work for free.
  2. There are a lot of sellers already in the vertical you are in, so it will be difficult to be in the first pages to appear in that filter and naturally get orders from buyers "searching" for your service. You can verify if your gig is appearing on the search results through this link -> https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/selling-on-fiverr/gigs/gig-status Anyway, its a difficult time to easily get an order right now on Fiverr because of the competition. You will have to stand out, its natural for buyers to go with those with a lot of reviews already. If you have clients outside of Fiverr it will help to bring them in and purchase from you here on Fiverr, Fiverr appreciates you bringing in traffic to the site (of course not the other way around - bringing clients from Fiverr to the outside). Offer them a discount or a promo if they purchase from your gigs. When you have a couple of good feedback (public and private) already, you will be more "visible" in the search and you will hopefully get more orders organically. But again, competition is tough and nothing is assured. Just try it out and see what works!
  3. You're okay building a "4 or more pages" business website for $5? Yes you did mention basic but that's below minimum wage in Australia if I assume correctly that's where you currently based/from. Even your premium package is just about minimum wage. If I'm not mistaken Fiverr has set a suggested minimum for full website services to be at least $80 or it won't be optimized in the search. You should be consistent with the portfolio you are listing in one of your gigs its ssconsultancy.au which leads to nothing, which I think your project really is the one with ".com" -- I don't understand why your client who offers website designing still asked you to do their website. Its a basic website that they could have done themselves. Study your competition and see how they presented themselves.
  4. Oh my gosh its this question and common reply thing again 😅 There are a lot of good tips pinned in the first page of the forum. Start there. No, no, no and no. Your last delivery is 3 months ago - staying active not working? 😅
  5. It is a waste of energy to get pissed and a much more fruitful endeavor to focus on just getting a lot of business so you won't even notice the waiting period.
  6. Fiverr only gives briefs if your service is a match for what buyers are looking for - maybe your service is not a match / maybe there are not much buyers for the service you are offering.
  7. Hi Anthony - welcome! Can you share the exact response you got from Support? Fiverr has a policy on not assisting with university and school projects. I understand this is more of assisting through proofreading the application and you are correct that there are services offering something similar to that. I'm not exactly sure where Fiverr stands on the service you are doing and Customer Support definitely can be a bit vague. There are also trigger words that the "system" automatically flags your gig for, such as essay, assignment and etc. I am also not sure on the complete list of words but these words are automatically tracked by the system and gets you a warning. I know it may have been profitable for you offering those services but I suggest you stop offering the gigs that have brought you those 2 warnings and refocus on other gigs that are profitable in the vertical you are in. If it helps, you can try reading through the official documentation Fiverr has on this: https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service https://www.fiverr.com/community/standards/prohibited-services Unfortunately, asking Customer Support again will still have no assurances that you will get the answer you are looking for - but if you'd really like (Although I wouldn't encourage it and it might be best to just refocus your energy on offering gigs that don't cause any trouble) is you can keep following that up until you end up with an agent who will give you a specific answer. You can try getting on Seller Plus with the feature of having a success manager (They really give better answers and you can ask them anything related to your Fiverr account) although there is a waiting list and is a subscription. https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360017140717-Seller-Plusoverview With that said, you are one warning away to getting your account disabled - I would still suggest just abandoning the murky waters of whatever has been causing you trouble especially if you'd like to continue selling on the platform. ---- I am tagging my friend @vickiespencer as she may have better insight on the type of service you are offering and Fiverr's likely stand on it.
  8. Hi, just go to My Business - gigs - then on the right most portion of the gig title right beside cancellations you'll see an arrow drop down (preview, edit, etc, live portfolio). You can check or uncheck the live portfolio option there. Hope this helps!
  9. Can you believe I found this on the 4th page? 😆 Spam works the holidays too apparently 🥲 Merry Christmas to my forum friends. You guys are amazing, and I appreciate the random laughs we share here. I wish you guys more success and good health!!! 🙂
  10. No one can tell you if you can make a sale or not. What I'm sure of is the quality and demand of the services you are offering is more important than the age of your profile.
  11. I'm so glad I opened the forum at the right time 😆 UP!!!!
  12. Fiverr did not approve you as a seller, you should check your email. Also this is a forum not Customer Support so no one can resolve your problem. You should talk to Customer Support (support@fiverr.com) if you want to clarify your case.
  13. Talk to Customer Support (support@fiverr.com). As long as you paid through Fiverr they will be able to look into the order and refund you if the service was not delivered as advertised.
  14. Would love this! A world cruise plus we all stop by and host from our home countries! My favorite part is the humor we will only understand (if you've lurked in the forum long enough 😶)
  15. Not sure, but I used this feature earlier and it was fine on my end. What browser are you using? I'm using Chrome but I've heard people having issues with Firefox.
  16. There are other more deserving to rank higher than your gig, that is the simple answer.
  17. You are the seller it should be your ID. Anyway, best to clarify with Customer Support support@fiverr.com
  18. Hahahaha who knows Tommy everyone's just busy with their gigs!
  19. I'm sure @uk1000 will have some insights on this.
  20. Its normal to have a late reply especially if you aren't a level seller nor if you don't have Seller Plus
  21. You can discuss arrangements with the seller and see if they are okay with it. I'm sure there will be some who won't agree. Actually you might even see some sellers who advertise their prices with commercial rights included with the price so you don't need to pay extra. Just discuss it with them and read their gig descriptions carefully.
  22. https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service Ownership and limitations: When purchasing a Gig on Fiverr, unless clearly stated otherwise on the Seller's Gig page/description, when the work is delivered, and subject to payment, the Buyer is granted all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, copyright in the work delivered from the Seller, and the Seller waives any and all moral rights therein. Accordingly, the Seller expressly assigns to the Buyer the copyright in the delivered work.
