  1. Unfortunately you have no control as to the sellers who make an offer but you can instead manually search for them through the filters in the search bar.
  2. Oh my gosh, thank you Vickie! I actually did not look into it that much back then but this is great! I actually complained a while back that I only wanted notifications from people I follow and this is helpful. 😆
  3. You should have at least been consistent on how you spelled Fiverr! Fiver (title) or Fiber (main post)? 🤓
  4. "I'd say God bless you, but looks like He already did." 😇 Can we do this again later this year on good lines but for Yo Mama jokes? Of course no real mamas to be hurt in the process hahahaha 😄
  5. I missed this! I am so glad it got resurrected. Fun read. Thank you for your service Mike! Hahaha
  6. You have to be the one of the best in your vertical.
  7. Because Fiverr treats all sellers accounts as buyers once you use the search button, which you likely did.... It's there in the email "your recent search for jewelry retouch"
  8. Promote your gigs outside of Fiverr and bring sales back in, that will help in your "visibility" and in getting more organic orders.
  9. If you know what is the problem, I'm not entirely sure why you're asking? I think if a gig has not been performing well they don't prioritize it in search...
  10. Hello, I think it will depend on what service you are offering and where your likely customers hang out. I checked your gig, nice drawings! You should definitely do add-ons or other services for colors! 🙂 I think people get a lot of commissioned work through Twitter/Reddit/Discord communities, I know you prefer not to but if you really want to get some initial traffic and sales it will definitely help if you promote your gig and direct them to your gig here. For Youtube I see a lot of people who teach about drawing and then plug in their services if they want commissioned work. Definitely depends on your style and what you're comfortable with. As getting orders (organically) as a new seller is difficult. Down the line when you get more orders, you will be more "visible" and it will be easier to get direct orders on Fiverr. 🙂
  11. Fiverr's choice is manually given by Fiverr staff and is usually given to gigs with a lot of sales and feedback already. New sellers will likely get the rising talent badge more than the Fiverr's choice badge.
  12. Oh I see, that link shows me my invoices so perhaps the invoices have yet to appear for you (?) Customer Support will be able to help you better 🙂
  13. Most recommended & HIGHEST SELLING pack of $25, Drop Inbox message to grab it NOW! You haven't even sold anything, why are you labelling it as such? Multiple Styles that I am an expert in Business Logo | Minimalist Logo | Minimal | Professional Logo Design | Modern | unique | flat | luxury | company | branding | Signature | Custom | flat minimalist | How are you an expert in "company"...............? --- Anyway, if you're a professional graphic designer perhaps you just stick with those.
  14. You should ideally be able to download it from here https://www.fiverr.com/billing/billing-history If not, here is the help section that may be able to pinpoint your issue https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360019738097-Invoices
  15. No, you can't. It might help if you read the Terms of Service again https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service Requesting or providing Email addresses, s***e/IM usernames, telephone numbers or any other personal contact details to communicate outside of Fiverr in order to circumvent or abuse the Fiverr messaging system or Fiverr platform is not permitted.
  16. Hey there, the buyer request feature got removed a few months ago unfortunately. 😅 I can see how it was helpful for both buyers and sellers who used it properly but I guess it didn't work as well it was intended. They do have a new feature called buyer briefs, but its more of the system showing you briefs from buyers, that's the only time you can make an offer. If the system matches your gigs with the brief, you can read more about it here: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/4415601609361-Get-matched-with-buyers
  17. What service are you offering?
  18. Where you able to solve this? I think they should all appear with checkmarks if you were able to fill them out correctly. Otherwise, I'm not sure what the issue may be.
  19. Definitely not because of your location, are your impressions literally zero? Or are there at least in the 1-2 digit zone perhaps? By the way, you started in Nov 2022 and you got a couple of sales so congratulations on that. A lot of people started way earlier than you and didn't get a sale that quickly. Are all the sales you got from people you know or is there at least one that came organically from Fiverr? When you make any edits on your gig give it at least 1-2 weeks to study impressions before you edit again, every time you make an edit it goes out of search and in a way becomes "re-indexed" back to search. If you keep editing them, it will keep getting back out of search. Its odd that you do not appear on filters down to country because I looked into it now and I see people with profiles made on Oct 2022 and Jan 2023 with no sales yet they appear on search (filtered down to your country). You should technically be appearing (at least there) unless there are other underlying issues going on with your gig. My suggestion is to only make gig edits after 2 weeks of seeing that there's absolutely no improvements to impressions, etc of your gig. Do continue promoting your gigs outside of Fiverr, you mentioned you are a motion designer as well perhaps offer gigs on that too. Continue to promote your gig outside of Fiverr, if you have previous clients (not necessarily your friends) offer them a promo for buying through your Fiverr gig. Promote your services to your community, perhaps their is a community event that needs your services, etc. Continuously getting sales (even from outside) will help a lot on your visibility. Fiverr loves it when you get sales and while we do not know the exact formula of the algorithm, sales & private/public feedback plays a big role there. Do note the services you offer right now is in a very competitive category. So its definitely tough but tread on!
  20. When you're on the page of the list you want to clean out, just click the "heart" button again to make it a black heart and once you refresh the page it will be removed.
  21. If the order was auto completed, early payout is also not available. There's nothing else you can do really but wait it out.
  22. "I have a strong background in Digital marketing, and I am currently specializing in Online reputation management for the last 8 years." As per your bio, you're supposed to be the expert - you should know better than us!
  23. Hey there, I'm unfortunately not an expert on your gig vertical. I would suggest to study how your competitors are presenting themselves and you'll see what's working for them. I'm not sure about the demand about your handwritten calligraphy gig but there are definitely people who purchase custom songs for birthdays or just occasions in general. Type the words, "calligraphy" and "custom song" and you'll see a lot of those already established selling those services, understand how to position yourself better - study (don't copy) their description, their gig image, do they have a video, what exactly is their offer (and see what they might not be offering so you have a unique selling point). From a buyer's standpoint, your custom rap might need a better example on an actual song and not just the harmony (?), question mark because I'm not sure if I'm using the right term, I just mean we need to hear the actual words because you did say "song lyrics" on the title. With that said, its also really difficult to get an order (naturally) on Fiverr, given that a lot of people are already established in your vertical. And it makes sense to most buyers to already purchase those with a proven track record. So it will absolutely help if you promote yourself outside of Fiverr and bring traffic to your own gig. Maybe your local community has an event coming, offer your services, etc. Once you have sales, you will be more "visible" in the algorithm and get more "organic" orders. Hope this helps.
