  1. Oppenheimer!! And of course right before that, Barbie 🤣
  2. Wait, am I correct in understanding that they removed your PRO seller status? This is the first I'm hearing of this.. Sorry to hear (err, or read)..
  3. Not necessarily, but that's on you how you want to use your time on Fiverr.
  4. As long as it's relevant to the order, all instructions should be placed in the order page.
  5. That is very subjective and Fiverr wouldn't outright suspend for something like that. Just be honest with the services you offer and deliver what you advertised.
  6. It's very ironic as a "real and licensed" lawyer that you're offering legal advice yet you chose to violate the Terms and Service of Fiverr...
  7. Haha good point! Though I do think CS suggests, because I've had a couple of past clients on Fiverr Business who mentioned they asked CS for suggestions which led them to me. They seem to have a dedicated line or at least very quick responses with Customer Support because any issue they had seemed to have been answered right away. But I do agree asking in this forum will not be as fruitful compared to searching for the service yourself. A lot of the good sellers apart from yourself and a few others find (or enjoy) scrolling through the forum and certainly not here looking for projects. -- Anyhow, OP @campusco -- You can refer to this help guide on how to find the right seller for you https://help.fiverr.com/hc/en-us/articles/360049955673
  8. I hope you realize by now that staying online for more than 15 hours is not effective........and not healthy.
  9. Hey there, you can try contacting Customer Support (support@fiverr.com) and they can suggest you a couple of good ones 🙂
  10. I think there are first time buyer coupons but I think it's a feature only available on Seller Plus. Anyway, you are able to send custom offers but that's only if the client reaches out to you first. If they ordered direct on your page then you can't give a discount anymore.
  11. The only way to rank on Fiverr is deliver good work... Keywords will help you be found on Fiverr search results but to "rank" better which I assume is what you're looking tips on you would really just need to do good work...
  12. Whew, I checked and it seems as though the most recently reviewed order he did did not go well as well. He rated the seller at one star. Are you on Seller Plus and do you have Customer Success manager, I find that they are more helpful than CS in stuff like these...
  13. I am missing some part of this story - did you explicitly ask the buyer to change the review? Or did the buyer just realize on their own that they didn't like the review they made you ask Fiverr to change it. But either way, if you were actively involved in the discussion or request for the change of the review then you have violated Fiverr's rules. Because if they did realize they wanted to change the review, never be the one to ask CS about it for them.
  14. Hi there, this resource explains it very well 🙂
  15. I would say, unless you have had prior clientele that you can redirect to purchase from your Fiverr gigs, it will be quite challenging. You will be going against many sellers who have done thousands of projects and unfortunately they will be one to be prioritized in the search results (by default) when a buyer is exploring to buy a service from that category. Of course, buyers can do filters on price, seller level, etc and you may have a potential buyer reach out to you but I wouldn't bank on that to get you sales. Then you have to also consider the case on how much better you stand out from those who are also in the same place as you.
  16. I hate to break it to you but the only way to improve your chances in appearing in the proverbial first page is to deliver good work. The priority for the (default) first page are sellers Fiverr knows can deliver good work that fits the buyer search query. You cannot find the perfect keyword out of this, you really have to just do the work.
  17. There's not much to it... Do good work 🙂
  18. Client was angry that you did exactly what you advertised? 😅 I'm not sure if it has been implemented yet but Fiverr has mentioned that some canceled orders will qualify for buyer reviews (see link below). Anyway, if it took your time and resources to find out that it didn't have any results then that should be charged for. No results is results in cases like that. You did the work, at best you can find middle ground and refund him for those portions that didn't have results (but again, if it took your time and resources - you shouldn't really). If you have any FAQs or specific details on your gig or order page that can help support your case then use it. But it sounds like a difficult buyer and I'm also not sure how negotiating with them would pan out. But always act professional whatever happens. But anyway, just keep calm and handle it as professionally as you can. Get paid for the work. Should they leave a negative review, you will have the opportunity to respond to it and potential buyers will also be able to see how you responded. I do hope you get that sorted!
  19. It's in the Fiverr terms of service that confidentiality of orders is to be followed. If you wish to read about it more, it's here - https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service You can also ask them to sign an NDA if you wish especially if it's large order or very important for you, but a majority of buyers with are already fine with the policies provided by Fiverr. Always only provide such information within the order page, so Fiverr will be able to trace your order if you have any concerns. It's really due diligence when evaluating said seller, you can try checking the feedback from previous clients on their services. The ones labelled TRS, PRO or sellers listed on the Fiverr Business catalog are vetted by Fiverr to be great at their work. It might save you some time - https://business.fiverr.com/
  20. I'm not sure if you were intentionally trying to offend people about being ignorant or if that was a faulty translation/synonym you mistakenly used.
  21. Here is the official explanation from Fiverr on that (taken from Fiverr terms of service): https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service Gig Commercial Use License By purchasing a “Commercial Use License” with your Gig Order, the Seller grants you a perpetual, exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the purchased delivery for Permitted Commercial Purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, the Seller retains all ownership rights. “Permitted Commercial Purposes” means any business related use, such as (by way of example) advertising, promotion, creating web pages, integration into product, software or other business related tools etc., and strictly excludes any illegal, immoral or defamatory purpose. This License is subject to Fiverr’s Terms of Service. There is no warranty, express or implied, with the purchase of this delivery, including with respect to fitness for a particular purpose. Neither the Seller nor Fiverr will be liable for any claims, or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license, the delivery or your use of the delivery.
  22. I got invited to a meeting as well, I might probably just say I second the motion whatever monsieur Smash said. 🤣
  23. Fiverr works better in that you're able to produce quality work rather than finding the lowest competition keyword.
