No it's not, the payment should appear in payoneer balance first and then you choose when to withdraw the money to which bank and use your master card

They used to send it on my payoneer balance but instead it go through and withdraw to my local bank which is weird

Hey guys, I have been using fiverr for almost ayear, and I always withdraw my funds to payoneer and it shows in my balance to send it/withdraw to who and whatever I want, but in the last transaction It went directly to my local bank account which is weird, cuz that means the fees will be high if it's a small amount, example If I sent 150, It will deposit 110$ Unlick I withdrew a 800$ it will deposit a bout 750$ maybe more because there is some fixed fees any idea how to solve this????

Thanks for your detailed reply I did reach out to customer support twice and they didn't give me a clear reason for this they just told me you are not eligible for this and you will be notified once you are again (they want to keep this information private)And I reached out to pay my dept, they were like no we will take it from your future funds I don't know why they do this like sometimes sellers have emergencies and this playing with rules shouldn't be especially after I was reeling on it for a while and I wasn't prepare for such a trouble like this, and they remove the early pay out option without even letting me know So I can be prepared for it

Can any one help me with this I am finishing orders and doing well after a small fall in the performance but it was as usual and this time I can't Early pay out my funds I noticed also that there is a promotion dept like (-1.25$ or something) and fiverr refuses to let me pay it with my credit card Any suggestions or same case happens to anyone?? Hi I am sure that the order wasn't automaticlly completed I was live chatting with the buyer to insure that everything is good and he accepted it immediately and left a great review and a tip So I really don't know the reason yet I notice some weird actions tho I have money to pay for promo cost like 1.2$ left or something and it's marked on my balance because I don't have any funds in my fiverr balance maybe this is all connected somehow I don't know

Hi everyone 3 months ago I was been able to clear out my funds quickly without waiting for 2 weeks to be able to withdraw it, but only 2 days ago I was going to clear out an order I just completed but no where to find the option any more I contacted CS but they couldn't provide me with any information/Solution and they told me to wait until we put it back if you eligible for this again But they didn't notify or warn about this and I am in a horrible finance situation and i need any help to resolve this issue as soon as possible Thank you!

My balance returned the same that means that the money didn't returned back so what does that means??

fiverr says it will take from 1 to 7 days to appear in your paypal balance So is that means that paypal will send mme a massage durting this period of time or right away?

I just changed my paypal withdrawal accont to my father's and made the withdrawal, fiver sent me an email to me but paypal didn't sent to my targeted paypal gmail account what should I do to make sure that the money is on the way??
