  1. Reach out to Customer Support https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new
  2. Aww, I found out we could only vote once. Hehe, well mine is Alternative/Indie. Coldplay, The Killers, American Authors 🙂 Though I sometimes would consider Taylor Swift a favorite, scratch sometimes .... often times in the car... My fiancee thankfully has not found it as a dealbreaker 😄 😂 I love instrumental too, when I need to focus. I play the piano and a bit of violin (not the best at it obviously -- but I just LOVE how it sounds when played right) so I love instrumental at the right times hehehe!
  3. 100% agree. I have been advocating that the pinned feature be utilized in the categories, even just for a while. Just to keep the exposure... The tips for sellers section could really use it, people are still using it to ask for tips burying useful threads like these. Else I will randomly post "Tanx 4 kind tips" every so often here to keep this thread visible. 😂
  4. Fiverr Business are not seller accounts, they are business owners or buyer accounts. Only high quality services are shown to Fiverr Business accounts. Fiverr PRO is a seller who has been personally vetted by Fiverr staff for their topnotch work, you have to apply to get in the program.
  5. I got the invite to join that but am still contemplating if I would go on with it. Not because of the $30 charge, its pretty fine given the features you get access to (feels like a pay-to-win but not really situation but thats a whole nother discussion altogether lol*) . I feel like I get enough orders I'm capable of handling given I don't do this full time. More often than not, I even have to turn large projects down. Well I am sure Seller Plus is there so you can be even more successful, hehehe. But I think the biggest thing (personally for me if I really had the time to take a lot of projects) is the success manager. I have a good friend who is a Pro Seller (he's not active in the forum) but he has had a success manager way before seller plus was a thing and when it was still free but has continued (as I think they are also paying now). His success manager was there even before his Pro days, and was there in his transition to Pro, and usually he gets suggested for certain large projects where his success manager puts in a good word for him for potential buyers or Fiverr related requests (relating to his gig). Its really a bang for the buck I would say (and this is just my opinion from what I know)... I think he got a really good success manager.
  6. I agree. I respect the system Fiverr has put in place for the 20% cut even on tips. As Rach said, Fiverr has made it convenient for us to receive orders with no ads running. I am happy to receive tips but I don't mind if I don't receive any, I still receive them quite often which is great. I have a client who orders from me every week for the same project and always tips the same amount. Our only conversation was the first time they asked if I could do the project at least once a week. 😂 I also have one buyer who has a bit varied requests every week, but the project cost is the same. Also tips the same amount every time! Both of them tip 50% of the order amount. So I am guessing there are really just buyers who don't mind the add-on costs of tipping. I also have a few long time and return buyers every month that always ask beforehand a quote before we start a project and then tells me to add in a certain amount that they would consider a tip. I really don't expect tips, the only thing I have in my mind is I did my best in this project and I hope it aligns with their expectations. But definitely nice to receive tips though! 20% from a tip isn't too bad. With everything Fiverr has set in place for us, its just a bonus. 😃
  7. Not sure what the basis is, but it certainly is only available to some. I can see it on mine but I've never used it.
  8. How is the gig gaining more impressions from what you just suggested?
  9. You can bring up to Customer Support and mention the username and your concerns about them so CS can look at it closer.
  10. Please choose a video no longer than 75 seconds and less than 50 MB. Source: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360010451657-Adding-a-Video-to-Your-Gig
  11. I understand this is so you are able to complete certain projects. But with regards to Fiverr's stance on it -- best to ask Fiverr Customer Support... support@fiverr.com, the forum is primarily composed of buyers and sellers. Not much staff except for the mod team
  12. As earlier discussed in the thread, wherein a Fiverr success manager has confirmed that you can just not a specific kind of a review.. similarly Fiverr Customer Support also said that you can "remind" them. T Credits to the OP from this thread for sharing: Upon delivery I don't state any messages regarding feedback or anything. I feel like they would leave one if they wanted to. But there is enough proof to back up you can sort of say something in the lines of that. It's fair I guess, I mean feedback is helpful. Oh the blurred lines. Haha. [I still wouldn't do it though but have nothing against those who do]
  13. It will appear if you've enabled live portfolio and the buyer chooses to let it appear. I'm not sure how many pages will show up (or if there is a maximum) but I am sure that pages will show up if the buyer allowed the PDF to appear on your portfolio. They have a choice to keep it private. Anything below 1 GB for one PDF is fine. The max is 1 GB for a file attachment.
  14. Why do you want to change your location from USA to UK? Your location right now is Pakistan.
  15. I have never used it but earlier this year I could see it as well. I assumed since they think I wasn't interested so it has not appeared again. But now that you mention it, maybe they are waiting for the first batch to get settled and re-evaluating the whole program.
  16. *message. Their partners might get angry if you want a massage!
  17. English - Native/Bilingual French (Français) - Fluent German (Deutsch) - Fluent Italian (Italiano) - Fluent You must be a linguist! You are skilled in so many languages 😄
  18. Those people must be so tired with the lack of sleep! No, please don't do this. It's better to focus your energy on improving your gigs, communication skills and crafting well written and unique offers on the buyer requests section. Be online when its convenient for you, you can turn on the notifications so you can just open Fiverr when needed.
  19. Ah that must be the reason why you aren't getting it.. Actually I also don't know, I only take mine in $USD. @sabinespoems, perhaps you know how to get it in $USD not Euro?? The closest answer I found is as below. You can try contacting Customer Support also (support@fiverr.com) https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360010530278-Withdrawing-Funds?segment=seller Fees Fiverr does not charge any fees for processing a withdrawal. However, each withdrawal provider has specific fees depending on the type of withdrawal processed. If you are withdrawing in a currency other than US$, you will be asked to confirm the withdrawal currency and the amount, which will include conversion fees and will, therefore, appear reduced as it will be the exact amount that will be sent to your withdrawal account in non-US$ after conversion fees are applied. If you don't wish to withdraw in your local currency, you can update the settings through the link available on the confirmation window.
  20. I assume your funds are being received at $ USD and not Euro?? Because if you were receiving in USD, I think it should stay at $88... I suggest you try to clarify with Customer Support --> https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360010530278-Withdrawing-Funds?segment=seller Fiverr doesn't charge a fee when withdrawing to PayPal. https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360010530058-Getting-Paid Keep in mind that when viewing or withdrawing your Balance in your local currency, you may see daily changes due to exchange rate fluctuations and conversion fees. Sellers always have the option to withdraw Revenues in US$.
  21. Okay sure, a lot of them might not technically be spam. That brings another forum rule into play. Lets forget about the achievement posts. What about the impressions, rank and how to get order posts. This is a forum rule: When starting a new discussion, please check that you aren’t duplicating an existing discussion thread or creating one that is very similar. These will be removed.
  22. I agree, spam and irrelevant posts regardless of country. I think OP was frustrated because it seems that a lot of the content came from a specific country. I agree we shouldn't point countries out. Spam is spam.
  23. Of course the forum likes engagement. Posting about achievements is generally fine and I am happy to see people succeed. But do you like seeing the first pages of the forum about everyone celebrating their 1st order? Milestone celebrations sound much better like your 1000th order. I feel like its too much and it needs some sort of intervention so it doesn't overshadow other posts.
  24. Okay let's say this "Category" of yours is implemented. I assume this is the only category they would be allowed to post in? Because the people who spam tend to be the types who don't exactly know where their post should go in.
