  1. If you have an audience or buyers outside Fiverr then you promote your services there and bring them to Fiverr through a promo or something. Getting sales will help you be more visible and gain more sales organically.
  2. You really can't expect to be a priority for the first page if there are others who have done several orders and made several sales for Fiverr who deserve to be on the first page more.
  3. Do you have it written somewhere in your gig about your revisions policy? You can refer them to that. You're not being rude when you say your policy, you're being firm.
  4. A buyer pays ahead for any project you plan to do. The money, however, only gets transferred to the seller when the order is marked complete. So while the project is still ongoing, the money is technically with Fiverr. Its not necessarily "convincing the buyer" but it really is the rules.
  5. If you have clients outside Fiverr or if you have a social media following outside Fiverr, you can promote there and direct them to purchase from your current Fiverr gigs. Fiverr kind of favors those who have initial sales already, from there you can likely have better chances of getting more "organic" orders. Since Fiverr will prioritize those with sales and good feedback. They do give a boost for new sellers' gigs but for a short while only.
  6. Who is still preaching about being online for a longer period of time than normal in hopes that you literally get an order right away after doing so.................?! Its almost the end of 2022 😅
  7. Being able to promote your gig and appearing in the search results are not exactly the same thing. You can try to check the status of your gig here, and I'm sure its likely listed as active. https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/ Selling on Fiverr -> Gigs -> Gig Status --- Anyhow, the most you can do is deliver quality work. Below are the requirements: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360017729338-Promoted-Gigs?segment=seller You are evaluated for Promoted Gig participation eligibility according to the following standards: You are a Level 1, Level 2, or Top Rated or Pro seller. Your Gig scores are 4.7 in the public rating. Your Gig has at least 20 reviews. Pro Gigs require only 5 reviews. You meet additional quality metrics.
  8. Oooh Mariaaaa..🤣 This is definitely a page from @newsmike's book 📕 😆 --- @smrakib you will have to set up a gig to actually get buyers as well Check out this course: https://learn.fiverr.com/courses/online-freelancing-essentials-be-a-successful-fiverr-seller EDIT: I realized OP asked the same question a few days ago and I answered in that thread LOL
  9. Tell Customer Support about it. Better to get an official answer from them.
  10. If you want to be active 24 hours then you shouldn't sleep. Otherwise, you would be lying if you used any extensions and whatnot.
  11. When you type in the tags I think there will be a way to make it indexed in a way, try pressing enter or something then it ends up being in its own darker shade box. You can see it says "tag list must contain at least 1 tag" meaning it hasn't registered the words you typed in.
  12. Just be online at a reasonable time to check on your profile. There may be buyers who use the search filter to check online sellers, but that isn't all the time. If you make your gig nice enough (and have the actual talent to back it up) so that buyers can wait for your response if they inquire that makes more sense in the long run. Do you want to have good sleep or not?
  13. Ahh I see.. Yeah just respond (for the first time) on whatever message that appears in your main inbox right away. Then report right after if necessary! Don't touch anything else. 😆
  14. Wait whaaat.. so someone manually goes through spam messages? I just mean, like a scenario wherein some blasts a.. "Hey contact me here (outside of Fiverr)" -- This usually gets detected as spam by the spam filter and goes directly to the spam inbox. (Is said spam filter really a person manually checking these? This is where I assumed "no one manually goes through spam messages") Anyhow, lets say this time the message "Hey contact me here (outside of Fiverr)" manages to go through the spam filter so it appears in your main "inbox". Anything that appears in your main inbox, you will have to respond to that no matter what, even if it was a supposed spam message that should have gone to the spam inbox. I assumed it went to her main inbox. Because from my experience, you can totally ignore the spam inbox (This doesn't appear at all in your main inbox nor do you get notified about this). I've tinkered around and I can see a lot of unreplied stuff in my spam inbox from weeks to months ago and it hasn't affected my response rate since I was never notified on the message, it just directly went to the spam inbox.
  15. Sorry to hear on the downgrade, but if the message does come through and you actually see it regardless of the intention of the message (spam, or actual business) you will have to respond with some kind of message. I usually just say "Please don't spam" then report it. The stats are all automated and no one is manually going through if the message was really spam or not. You can try talking to Customer Support or your Success Manager if you're on the seller plus subscription. Perhaps they can do something about it.
  16. Welcome to the Switch world!! I'm not familiar with the Nintendo local market there but I've found out in Asia and America the 2nd hand market is pretty good. You'll get a lot of good titles for cheap!!! Get the physical copies because resell prices stay at the same price point even after a while especially if the title is popular (BOTW, Pokemon, Mariokart, etc) 🙂
  17. 6 orders on Fiverr? Seems like you didn't get 6 orders here.
  18. Although my thoughts on new hires for Success Managers -- I am sure the demand is growing. I would understand veteran staff as they will have the experience, I wonder how new hires fare? Unless they were also freelancers or who know brilliant business people all around, otherwise their best input would probably the orientation and insider info they have on their belt. But as with all things, I think everything will vary and we all hope to get a good one. 🤣
  19. Your profile is visible but you don't have a "gig" or a service offered, so people will not be able to contact you just yet. Here's a free official tutorial by Fiverr on how to set up your services: https://learn.fiverr.com/courses/online-freelancing-essentials-be-a-successful-fiverr-seller And this thread is helpful if you want to succeed in Fiverr:
  20. It's a requirement by Youtube Academy 🤣
  21. I'm not adjusting my subscription. It did say there was no added cost for whatever premium you already are in. 😆 I am curious as to the differences against the lower tier though.... I agree that it should have been a higher tier with more features. Or hey, I'd be fine if this premium tier gets more (new) features at the same price point. I will not be shocked if they end up having 3 packages eventually. hahaha
  22. It follows the exact past 60 days everyday. It will change everyday depending on how many total orders you've had within the past 60 days. The lesser orders you've had, the lower that percentage will be. To combat that you would need more orders delivered on time within the past 60 days.
