  1. Yes, I don't know how much the "Get brief" price is looked at because I have 7 different gigs with very different prices. The only brief that I get that are at my $200 prices are the ones that match my resume gig which happens to have packages around that range. The rest of the briefs seem to be at lower prices than the "Get brief" price, but they are closer to the prices of my packages for those types of services. I think it's silly to have one "Get brief" price to cover all my gigs because their pricing are so different from each other. However, it looks like this isn't an issue because the AI looks at the services that the buyer wants and matches it to the gig prices that you have for that service.
  2. Hi @happywithai, You can start the process of applying for Pro (converting your existing gigs to Pro) here: https://pro.fiverr.com/prog/fiverr_pro/
  3. This might work if the answer is really the correct one. If the OP marks the first reply as the answer and it happens to be incorrect advice (such as "stay online 24/7"), I wouldn't want that thread to be locked from further replies. I would like someone to be able to come in say that it was wrong and give a better response. Also, sometimes more responses will give deeper insight into the "best answer." In those cases, it's nice to have an open thread. I also notice that many of Fiverr Questions never get an answer marked as the solution. So those threads would never get locked. For threads where it's obvious that locking the thread from further replies is the best option (such as the threads that start to get spammy responses), I "report" the thread and ask a m0d to lock it to prevent more spammy responses.
  4. Hi @mianwaqar980, Seller Plus is available by invitation only, but you can join the waiting list here: https://www.fiverr.com/cp/seller-plus I was on the waiting list for 5 months before I was allowed into the program. However, since they are now offering 2 levels of Seller Plus, you might get an invite to join earlier.
  5. It should be a minimum of $50 per milestone.
  6. Hi @nataljam, it sounds like you are doing it right. Make sure your "Live Portfolio" option is checked from the Gig page. When you deliver, you can select the image to add to the order. If your "Live Portfolio" option isn't turned on, you will still have the option to add images to your Live Gallery, but the images won't show up until you turn the Live Portfolio on from the gig page. Buyers will have the final say on whether the image will be included with their review or not (and both the review and adding the delivery image to the review are optional for the buyer).
  7. Same here, @kendal1747! I had a large order that started in March and finally got delivered end of August! Lesson learned! I'm never creating an order that will go over a month's time again. I'll definitely either create smaller orders or break it down via subscriptions or milestones.
  8. Exactly. I didn't start using coupons until I raised my prices from $50 to $80 (and I felt comfortable with offering 30% discounts from time to time to my repeat buyers). Or, I'll do as @donnovan86 does and just offer lower-priced custom offers. I agree that there are other ways to gain buyer loyalty than coupons. The majority of my repeat buyers don't stick with me because of my coupons. They stay with me because they know that I provide great value to them. It's those little things that make a big difference.
  9. My question is, how do you know if these are all fine, if you haven't gotten a sale after 3 months? Or any response? Your gig titles and tags will help your buyers find you. Your descriptions will help convert your clicks into orders. If there are no orders something isn't working. There's also a lot more than just titles, descriptions, and tags that are factored into how well you do on the platform. Consider adding gig videos and utilizing your image gallery (all 3 images and 2 PDFs) to show off your portfolio and skills. Your portfolio is huge when you are a new seller with no reviews. It shows buyers what you can do for them. Also take a look at your gig thumbnails from a buyer's perspective - do they look different from your competitors? Do the images accurately convey your services within a few seconds? What would make buyers want to click on your images? I think your gig thumbnails could be simplified. Limiting the text to only 2-5 words that accurately describe your services also makes it easier for buyers to know what services you are offering. I would also not offer unlimited revisions or include an FAQ that states "What if I'm not satisfied?" ...this makes buyers question your credibility as a seller.
  10. Repeat buyers. You only need a handful of happy clients, who buy from you consistently, to do well on this platform. If you have repeat buyers, it doesn't matter what your position is in search and you don't need to do any of your own social media marketing. My repeat buyers not only come back to me frequently to order, they bring me referrals, who often become repeat buyers themselves. My repeat buyers advertise by word-of-mouth (i.e., sharing my gig links with those they know). This is all free and unsolicited advertising. They do it because they want to. All I have to do is keep them happy with my services. Working exclusively with repeat buyers hurts my impressions (because I'm turning away organic traffic), so I do try to find a healthy balance between repeat buyers and buyers that I get through other avenues, such as organic search, Brief & Match, Promoted Gigs, and coupons.
  11. Hi Sara! 😊 Once you set the rate, Fiverr will notify you if there are any briefs that are matched to your profile. You can get notified via email, the Fiverr app, and on the desktop. It can take a while before you start getting briefs. Once you start getting briefs, you might get a lot of briefs that seem irrelevant. It's important that you respond to each one - this will train the AI to send you briefs that are more relevant. Again, it can take a while before you start seeing more relevant briefs. If you choose not to make an offer, here are the responses that you can get for each brief: You also have the option of messaging the buyer directly before making an offer. After making an offer, it will show up in your inbox. You can withdraw the offer at any time. You will also get notifications if the buyer canceled their brief or if they chose another seller's offer. This Brief & Match is available for all seller levels and it incorporates information from your gigs, availability, prices, your seller performance, and the buyer's brief to make matches between buyers and sellers. It seems like there are mixed results - some sellers aren't seeing many matches and some buyers don't have any matches found for their briefs. It has worked well for me. I get about 5-10 briefs a day with my rate set at $200. One of my "Get brief" clients turned into a regular repeat buyer, so it's been really nice. However, right now, I have more briefs, and some of them are too vague, suspicious, or irrelevant.
  12. Fiverr isn't making you use coupons. That's your choice. Fiverr will always deduct 20%. If you want to offer discounts, do so with caution: Decide on the minimum about you're willing to work for and don't go below that. That includes when you use coupons. Coupons will cut into your costs and it's up to you to decide how much it is worth it to discount your work. You can choose 5% to 30%. Only offer what works for you. If it doesn't benefit you, don't offer the coupon. Set your gig prices higher so that when you do give discounts, the rate is still favorable for you, Don't offer coupons often. Buyers should feel special when they get a coupon. It's a reward, not a regular thing. You can also use coupons to generate orders that would otherwise not be there - so even though they may be heavily discounted, you are at least getting orders and paid for it.
  13. It looks like the update is working for you, then. The update was supposed to get rid of all Buyer Requests. Eventually Buyer Requests will disappear for all sellers because Fiverr is getting rid of it completely. I'm surprised that I can still see 227. I should be seeing zero, like you. Buyer Requests are being replaced with Buyer Briefs.
  14. Hi @mjensen415, do you know the answer to @williambryan392's question?
  15. Hi @abrahim_sem, The link to the article I sent you doesn't seem to be functional...did you find the approved URL list? Here it is again: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360016541618-Allowed-Links-for-Gigs?segment=seller
  16. A little less than 40% of the original amount, but yes. Don't forget that Fiverr always takes out 20% of all earnings. If you apply a 20% off coupon, Fiverr's 20% fee will come off of your earnings after the coupon is applied.
  17. I can't find myself in search either, but it doesn't matter. Search results are tailored to each specific buyer (gigs are not ranked like a search engine, it's done through a smart algorithm matching buyers to relevant sellers). I'm not my buyer, so that explains why I can't find myself. Just because you can't find yourself doesn't mean your buyers can't find you. Fiverr's team told you that you are active and visible in search. As long as your impressions are not at zero, that is true. Even though I can't find myself in search, my buyers tell me I'm on Page 1 for them, and some even tell me I have a Fiverr's Choice badge. So I'm visible to my buyers and that's all that matters. So make sure you have impressions and clicks, and that those clicks are converting to orders. And don't worry about finding yourself in search.
  18. If you lost Promoted Gigs, you can always requalify. A huge part in requalifying is your buyer satisfaction in the form of public and private reviews. Three months ago, you had two 4-star reviews. The buyers could have rated you low in the private reviews (which you never see). Two months ago, you received a 1-star review. This most likely had the biggest impact on your eligibility for Promoted Gigs. One month ago and then two weeks ago, you received more 4-star reviews, which again could have resulted in negative private reviews. Negative private reviews can stay on your gig and profile for 60 & 90 days. Fiverr doesn't want to promote gigs where customers aren't fully satisfied, so work on getting your buyer satisfaction rate up. It might take time to clear all the negative reviews from your record, but it can be done.
  19. You can set up any custom offer as a milestones order. Milestones orders require at least $50 per milestone, and at least 2 milestones per milestones order. Milestones orders allow you to get paid after each milestone. For you, you could set up each milestones as a day's worth of work. Alternatively, you could set up weekly subscription orders to cover your daily work. It might be helpful to know what services you offer, to know which one will work better for you. Can you explain?
  20. Actually, your Fiverr forum profile page is here: 😊 https://community.fiverr.com/profile/837556-kaziasif123/ This is a forum post in "Fiverr Stories." It's a great place to share experiences that you've had as a seller. Do you want to share your story? What brought you to Fiverr? What's your experience with freelancing?
  21. Yes, it's against Fiverr ToS to share your portfolio through links that are not on their approved URL list. To do so risks getting your account banned by Fiverr. You are also sharing your address, email, and phone number - which is also violating Fiverr's ToS. Read Fiverr's ToS and this topic here: You can share your portfolio through the approved links that are on Fiverr's list.
  22. Hi @mariyam_tayyaba! You are correct! You created orders for $30 and $100. With 20% off coupons, your orders became $24 and $80. Since you only earned $24 and $80 for those orders, Fiverr deducted 20% from those amounts and your actual realized earnings became $19.20 and $64, respectively.
  23. However, it's not to say that the buyer won't change the order requirements and have you draft a smaller, cheaper order instead. Briefs work exactly like custom offers. I have my minimum "Get brief" rate set to $200: This usually includes a full package of a resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn optimization. However, I had a "Get brief" buyer reach out to me to create a new, resume-only offer, with the idea that he would place another order for the cover letter and LinkedIn if he liked my services. So my first order was only $80. However, I've now completed 7 orders with this buyer because he also had other writing assignments for me to do through my other gigs. So the amount earned so far from this buyer is far more than that minimum amount I set on the "Get briefs" option. I've had much better luck with my rates set at $200 than when it was set at $50 (not sure why)!
  24. Just wanted to let people know they can post messages to me here as a status update instead of my inbox (which I just disabled). I don't want to delete messages all the time to make space for more messages. I hope you understand! Thanks!

  25. Hi @bartosz_99 - You might want to check the "spokesperson" category if you are looking for teachers who will speak for you.
