That is the most logical reason for most seller to say that staying online is effective. In my observation, most of the seller target US/UK/international (for Asian seller I'm talking about) based buyer, so they think it's beneficial to get order because of the time zone. Other then that most buyer knock those who are available online. that is also a reason for seller believe that being online is effective. also most buyer don't wait that much time for replying the seller. if they don't respond almost immediately they start to fishing other seller but I think there's no need to be online 24/7, specially not physically nowadays. you can have the fiverr app on your device. whenever there's notification, you can attend the conversation/start communicating with buyer. Meanwhile fiverr also show that you're online 24/7. You can do whatever you want to do on your pc/laptop.

I didn't choose sm as keyword, but only in title cause of the word limitation. but that's okay. but I feel really sorry for the client. though I couldn't lock a deal but it was a waste of time for him. more than that if he placed the order without msg me what would happened?

Sometime you search for a focus keyword about your required job but you found a wrong gig in that page. It's must be very disappointing for some buyer. I find myself in that place today as seller while communicating with a buyer. So I would like to know some of your experience as a seller and buyer like this.

Today I find out that my gig ranked totally in wrong category after a buyer knock me for a job. I thought he misspell sm to sms. So continued the conversation. After a few massage I got that, he's demanding totally wrong service from me. When I inform him he show me the category and said that, because of his keyword he thought the gig belong in this category. So he didn't check thoroughly and he was sorry for that. My gig is about sm(social media) marketing but it ranked in sms marketing category, and it's on first page. but there's sm marketing, where it didn't ranked at all. did these happen to anyone? In "sm account create" it ranked in this category. I think many buyer waste their time like this, because of wrong gig rank in wrong category. I tried to write social media but as we all know sometime it cause some errand to accept that. so I had to made some adjustment for my title. I'm not telling that it's bad for me but some buyer might find it disturbing. I'm open for some suggestions.

As I can see you're doing well as a new seller on fiverr. Let's fiverr AI do the job which they are doing pretty well I think and meanwhile you do the rest which you did until now for your gig marketing. there are many new seller who wants to rank their gig on first page, so it's pretty tough competition.

basically I didn't get it. it's a scam from the beginning when they asked you to contact outside of fiverr. even you want to contact with fiverr support they won't help you much more than block the scammer. but they will start again with another new account to another new seller. anyway you can contact with fiverr support and mail them. but it won't help much.

you should contact with fiverr support and inform them about your situation.

In a way it's good for many sellers. But remember the scammer didn't go down because buyer request is gone from fiverr. They're still active on fiverr by giving spam massage to new seller who upload new gig and scam them. More then that some level seller isn't getting order.

You just joined fiverr last month but your pricing is much higher in comparison of other sellers. I'm not trying to demotivate you, but first you should reduce your price to attract buyers. There are plenty of sellers who are offering the same service with much lower price. Even your service is best quality but you should make strategy for getting order first. I think you can understand what she mean.

exactly, if you both work on different category then there shouldn't be any problem from fiverr.

I found many answers about this particular topic on fiverr forum. some says no problem, some says if fiverr found out there will be a problem and a chance of ban both account. There's some people who says they are handling more then one account with same Wi-Fi so there shouldn't be any trouble. Even I'm new on fiverr, but I think you should inform fiverr support before take any advice. Even if you TWO are from two different category, that will help both you in future if any question arose from fiverr. HOPE IT COULD HELP YOU AND best OF LUCK.😊

What to say, when my gig isn't ranking well. Maybe it's fiverr AI algorithm and the competition is super though. As we all can see after 2020, a huge number of people join fiverr for searching job. So it's not even that easy for some senior sellers. I recently notice in the forum there's some expert sellers who are even struggling for getting ORDER or their GIG isn't ranking like before.
