  1. Hi Lena, I am facing one more issue with Custom Offers (thought to let you know just in case if someone else has not reported it yet). All of my custom offers are auto-expiring in 24 hours, even though I am not clicking on the Offer expiration checkmark.
  2. @kubracorl I am not sure what country you're in, what bank you're using, or what their regulations are. However, some banks (in some countries) always provide free insurance in case of burglary in lockers or cyber fraud online. Everyone has their own regulations, depending on the country and banks. Some provide insurance, while others do not. For example: I am insured up to $6,000 (5 lakh Indian currency) -- for free of cost, without even applying for insurance anywhere. Banks won't tell you these things upfront so they don't have to compensate and bear the loss, but you should definitely do some research online or maybe consult with a lawyer (consultancy fees for lawyers are very cheap nowadays).
  3. They can only release new features (using AI algorithm) overnight for sellers, but for buyers, nah! They're not going to do anything. Is it that hard to use AI and reverse search images that are using the Fiverr official logo? My newbie friend (a web developer) can do it in hardly an hour by writing a few lines of code. The same goes for display name. Is it too hard for staff members to search 'Fiverr' in their database and terminate all accounts? C'mon man, it's just a normal search in database and it will just give you all accounts (and don't tell me that a billion dollar company's database has no search filters, lmao!) When it comes to sellers, they don't even think once and terminate accounts (without even stating actual reasons) and no warning or whatsoever, whether it's a new seller, a Pro, or a TRS seller. But for buyers, they can't integrate a line of code (that too with AI algorithm) even when they're aware that this scam has been going on their platform for a long time now (it's been more than 2-3 months since I've been hearing about this scam on forums). To Fiverr: We understand that it's a seller's responsibility to avoid clicking on links. However, what are you taking 20% from us for? To maintain your platform, isn't it? And are you able to maintain it? Even knowing the exact problem and even the solution, are you taking any steps?
  4. Remove the word "Rank" from the title (and all descriptions). I know it's just the plugin name (Rank Math) but Fiverr's poor algorithm doesn't know that. It always takes it as if you're selling ranking services. You're not the first; this same thing has happened to countless sellers. WordPress SEO using those plugins is completely legal and allowed, but it's just the poor algorithm that's messing around. Either try using the word "rankmath" (all together) or remove it completely.
  5. Marketing at its finest, with Mike ready to steal the show!!! 😂🏆🏆
  6. I would use it to pay for a To-Do app/website that I can personalize to fit my needs. I am sooooo tired of using apps like Trello and Notion (these services may seem advanced to some users, but if you understand monopoly, you will realize how even basic features are missing from these platforms.) --- and basically, I want something that's made just for me to help me manage my schedule, tasks and projects better. The only thing missing from my bucket is a to-do app that can help me work more efficiently, stay organized, and be as productive as possible (all based on my need).
  7. You can find it in the 'Overview' tab in the Analytics page. It's right there at the top!
  8. Or simple solution: don't ask for reviews at all. This is what I write (feel free to add suggestions, if any): 1. In case of no response after delivery: Hi, I hope I am not bothering you in your busy schedule. As I haven't heard anything back from you so this is just a friendly reminder that I have already delivered the files in case you missed the notification and delivery. If you've already checked the files and everything is perfect, please feel free to close the order, or if you need any changes, let me know so I can help you with your revisions. I look forward to your response and feedback. 2. After completion of an order (message in inbox): Hi {username}, thank you for being a great client. I am really pleased that I could deliver your project up to your expectations. I would love to collaborate with you on more amazing projects. So, if you have any other projects in the future and wish to work with me, you can press the favorite icon on my gig. It will help you find me quickly and easily.
  9. One way to mitigate the risk of getting flagged is to avoid directly opening Fiverr on the device when connected to public Wifi or even on cell networks in a different location. Instead, connect the device using Teamviewer/Anydesk to a home main desktop that is kept running 24x7, and perform all tasks through this connection. In Fiverr's eyes, you're sitting at home doing all the work, lmao! This method will surely help in reducing the risk of being flagged (due to false positives), as many accounts are flagged due to "false positives" rather than actual violations of terms. It is often the AI algorithm causing issues in these cases.
  10. Haha, actually whenever my clients get a new project for me, they put the information in that group. I call it "Pizza Party" because with the income from those new projects, I can afford a pizza party, lmao! Just a little fun with clients so we don't get bored while working. (That was my personal notification... and not the notification of the Fiverr officials present in the meeting)
  11. Now, this is another problem with Fiverr --- mismanagement. Is it too hard to just write "2 years" in official articles related to the level system! No one will scroll through thousands of forum threads to collect every single piece of information. Fiverr will never learn and I think we'll have to adjust to hearing the same words "we can't disclose about the algorithm". Now expecting any clarity from Fiverr on this is also a waste of time. Right now, we have very small piece of information – and that's also scattered across all forum threads. Hats-off to the management!
  12. I mean, we, as sellers, came here to work in a professional workplace and serve clients — not to play puzzle games with Fiverr officials. If they have something to say, they should say it directly and write it in the terms and official articles. They're just repeatedly saying that we're considering a "wide time frame"...how much wider? 2 years? 5 years? 70 years? At least, we were previously aware that our levels were considering 60 days, but now.....literally no info. Likewise, no info on other factors as well. What about "location inconsistency"......If I plan a trip every 15 days, will I get a warning? Any confirmation? No.....literally no! Fiverr is just keeping everyone in the dark.
  13. Not sure if everyone is getting this, but I even got a normal inbox message from the team. Just thought to share as it was surprising to see someone from the team messaged a webinar link for the first time in history.
  14. I had to rewatch the webinar again to see if there was anything private, lmao! But there's nothing there other than some mouse clicks and doggy noises in the background (just for a few seconds). I have uploaded the webinar recording here. Just a tip: If you want to save your precious time, just watch the clip of Ran speaking -- the other people are just reading Lorem Ipsum from their Powerpoint slides xD https://drive.google.com/file/d/1dN-SMZE1cKcQAvn_sjUQNy4KVwNpJO0z/view?usp=sharing
  15. I have it recorded, but unfortunately, I just noticed that my OBS studio was also recording my microphone. My bad that I forgot to turn it off (and thanks to Fiverr for making me mentally ill), and it has some conversation between me and my wife, so I won't be able to upload it. But, officials said that they have also recorded it and will make it live for all who missed the webinar. If I am not wrong, the staff member Noah posts all the recording clips and updates in the community by creating a thread on the forum. Once again, Transparent Fiverr is so busy releasing updates (that no one asked for) and that they don't have time to create a webpage where we can find all the previous clips at one place.
  16. I can confirm this. From the looks on their faces at the webinar and the way the officials were so proud of their new Level system, I don't think they have any plans to listen to the community and rework things (at least a few things).
  17. I would say, "Absolutely." Fiverr needs to learn that always saying "we can not disclose things" is not going to work and help sellers (or the community in general). The community needs answers to the mess they have created.
  18. Yes, I joined and, to be honest, found nothing useful or informative that we do not already know. I asked the following questions: 1. Why does customer support cancel orders that do not match the buyer's personal taste, even though it is not what is stated in the terms of service (I even referred to the @levinewman case)? The response was that we never cancel such orders and probably the reason of cancellation was something else. However, we know the harsh reality. 2. Asked about 'Location Inconsistency' warnings, but I was completely ignored and they didn't even say a word in response. 3. Asked about how revisions and resolutions affect statistics, but they did not provide a direct answer, so we all know the answer. 🙂🙂 In short, Transparent Fiver provided no productive information (that we didn't already know).
  19. One of my gigs has a score of 10, and another inactive gig (that I have just deactivated) has a score of 8. However, my overall success score is 10, so it's clear that it's not just a simple math average. It's all about weightage.
  20. As usual, “Transparent Fiverr” has not shared any information with us on this. We are just “observing” based on our individual experiences, “sharing” them with each other and then “concluding” things based on our perceptions.
  21. @visualstudios is absolutely right! Fiverr does not follow “simple math” to calculate your success score. Gigs with high sales will have more weightage than dead gigs with less or zero sales. For example: If you have 10 Gigs: One Gig is very active with 500+ orders and has a Success Score of 10, and the other 9 Gigs are completely inactive and have a Success Score of 2 (on all 9 Gigs individually) --- In that case, your success score will still be ~10 because Fiverr doesn't give as much importance to dead gigs (as compared to active gigs). P.S.: And it's already been confirmed by Fiverr staff (I think Kesha) in another thread that active gigs with more sales have more importance/weightage than inactive gigs.
  22. Felt a bit relieved after seeing this --- let's see how the coming days go with all these new updates!
  23. Suggestion for the future: Avoid requesting a deadline extension when the order is in the revision phase. By doing so, you are only bounding yourself with a new countdown. Orders in revision stage do not affect your stats, so there is no need to extend the delivery time.
  24. You have accidentally turned on the "Screen Reader" accessibility feature on Fiverr. 1. Either use shortcut i.e., Ctrl + . (dot/full-stop) 2. Or scroll down to the bottom (from Dashboard page) and you will find the Accessibility option on the footer and from there you can toggle it on/off.
