Hi. Fiverr will just send the Fund from Fiverr to you Payoneer. And your fund will stay in your Payoneer account. If you want to withdraw it to your local bank account, that's another process that should be done by you.

Which activities? Apart from replying messages, deliverying project or editing gigs, there is no other important activities you can do on Fiverr.

Unfortunately, it is not considered as a sale. You can talk about the details and everything in chat. But delivering the project should be done through an order. If not, you will not get paid. The process is simple, buyer buy a package from your gig or you send a custom offer to the buyer, you work on the project. And if you finish the project, there is a a button on the top right, in order for you to deliver the project and get paid. I would suggest you to study more about Fiverr.

If I were you, I would ask CS about the reason of the cancellation if you are sure that you delivered everything that the buyer had asked.

That's the reason then. Your issue here is that you delivered something. And if you accepted the cancellation, that cancellation remains to your order completion rate for 60 days.

For example, you tell buyer that revision should be a small change, or some mistake on your side. But if it's something different and required a lot of work, then it will be an extra.
