    The rating should be as your suggestion. To be honest, personally, I am afraid of taking order for the moment if buyer review is still like this. I do not have a high volume orders, and 5 4stars will really hurt my overall rating even if it is supposed to be very good for now.

    When I got my first 4 stars on Monday, I was surprised because it's a repeated buyer. The issue is that the review threshold is 4.6 for level 2. And if the rest of the review is 4, then "au revoir".

    I had the N/A also on my rating in December 2023. Once I have finished a new order in January, my score is back. I took a break starting from October. I think the reason is this drop in performance. May be that is the reason of yours too. There are a lot of change here on Fiverr for this last 4 months

    I felt the same when I got my first 4.7 stars rating. But this is not a bad rating. Regarding also your buyer's feedback, it's not bad at all. So don't worry.

    Hi there. Getting order in your niche, especially about data entry is quite challenging. Do you know that there are more than 60k gigs about data entry here on Fiverr, and more than 55k new sellers? So, if you want to do only a data entry here on Fiverr, I wish you a good luck. Otherwise, I would suggest you to explore more your skills and create a gigs apart from data entry.

    Hope it will be improved. As you said it looks very basic. But the positive thing I see, in my opinion, is the portfolio. It is more noticeable with this new design.
