  1. Personally, I do not really mind about 20% on tips. Anyway, tips is part of your earning on fiverr. That's why 20% is applied. It's also for fiverr security to prevent any kind of abuse.
  2. Your client have up to 10 days to leave feedback and review. After that they are not able to do it anymore
  3. Good to know that. I am thinking of just similar to reaching level 1 and level 2.
  4. It's on Payoneer blog website, and payoneer custom help.
  5. As a question of ask. I want to say, deliver a good work, on-time. Then wait for their feedback instead of asking. Having positive, negative or not having any feedback means a lot.
  6. Hi. If Fiverr warns you, it's better not to repeat the mistake in the future. Talking about no file to deliver, I think you should find something to deliver. At least a screenshot of the work you have done.
  7. Hi. There are a lot of tips and tricks here in the forum that has already been talked about. I think it's better to look at it. But going across your profile, there are a lot of things to be improved. One thing. Replace "JT designer" with your name.
  8. Hi. I think, that is really depends on how good and how interesting your gig is. I remember before my 2 first order, I only had one gig. A friend of mine suggested to me to create at least 2 or 3 gigs. But finally, among the 7 gigs I have, only 4 of it is so valuable and really meet my skills. I am thinking af deleting some gigs soon. So, in my opinion, there is no need of creating many gigs. Unless you have new skills that you think it can be sellable.
  9. Exactly. By the meantime you can learn new thing, even improve skills. You have time. Make it valuable. Good luck.
  10. Check this out https://www.fiverr.com/levels
  11. Payoneer's CEO has already said that there is SVB failure is no impact to Payoneer business.
  12. Hi. Is there anyone still contacted you? Seems like your last order was 2 months ago. I think it will bounce up if you get some new order.
  13. Great to have it resolved quicker @grayprogrammerz. I learned that trick from a friend. And I have just shared it with you. The Payoneer ticket is not really dead as you said. When I need help and support, I still got a reply from them later after 2 business days. Usually after a day. But it is better to ask for support during the working day.
  14. Payoneer CEO has already stated that everything is guaranteed at Payoneer about SVB failure. So there is another reason about his concerned. This is probably one of the reason as Payoneer about proof of identinty. @grayprogrammerzby the meantime, check under your profile and verification center if there is any pending tasks.
  15. If you need a quick help from Payoneer, it's better to talk to them with live chat. If not they will respond to you quicker in 2 business day.
  16. Yeah. May be. Even me I was quite hesitated when answering and double check what she asked. But he asked about portfolio on fiverr gig. @prudence_guoif you need something like in this link, go to your profile and create project to show on your Portfolio.
  17. @michaelscottmk6 check @mariashtelle1comments. It's all there.
  18. Hi. Have you asked why your client was not satisfy after revision? In my opinion, it is a kind of scam If I were you, I would ask support to customer support with all proof of evidence if you are sure that you delivered a good work and fulfill their need for the revision.
  19. Hi. You can showcase your work on your gig by uploading pictures, video or document. It's in the gallery tab
  20. It's almost a year after my 1st order
  21. Hi. What happened to you? Seems like you have 5 stars and good review. Or may be the other metrics went down? Response rate, on-time delivery or order completion.
  22. Hi. It's better to read this and you know what to do. https://www.fiverr.com/community/standards/Minors-policy#:~:text=Fiverr's Terms of Service require, legal guardian with their permission.
  23. Improve that old gigs is the best option. If you want to test something different to the existed, you can go ahead. New seller have up to 7 gigs. Then you can test many thing and then choose what's work for you. Gigs getting down happens to all sellers. That's why I said above that you should put the best you can for your gigs by improving it. Even mine is getting down. But I am not really surprised for the moment as I still have some few request.
