  1. To be honest, yes. But if your profile and gigs is convincing, you might get your first order quicker. As new seller, the best option for you is to share your gigs through social media
  2. Hi. I will try to understand your situation. So, you finished the job and alread deliver it? Is that right. After Delivery, buyer ask you to cancel the order? If that is the case, if you deliver the work, meaning you have done the job so you should get paid. And I think, you have the right to decline the cancellation. By the meantime, gather all proof and chat you have, and talk with Fiverr Customer Support to assist you.
  3. As I said, I had no trouble during verification. They do not ask me a invoice. But as an advice for you, this Fiverr statement might work as verification. It's a kind of proof of earning. You can also attach some details of Transaction of Fiverr to Payoneer (csv file from fiverr).
  4. Hi there. I know there is no invoice here on Fiverr. But I don't know if Fiverr earning Statement could help. You can try it as verification. During verification last year, I had no trouble with Payoneer. I think you can chat directly to Payoneer support too.
  5. Hi. A simple answer to your question: You will share your gigs through social media and ask people to buy your services. That's all. If Fiverr recommends social media marketing, it's one option you can market your services and skills. At the same time, it also asks people to discover Fiverr. That's win-win.
  6. Hi. I think it depends on the mistake you did. I got 1 warning. Just a few minutes after I did the mistake.
  7. This is quite difficult. Your rank depends on searching keyword
  8. Hi. For new seller, you can have up to 7 gigs. If you have 6 active gigs, that's enough. I think what you should focus more is getting orders with your existed gigs instead of creating a new one. I mean, improve the gigs you have to attract buyers. There is some details here https://www.fiverr.com/levels
  9. @mehediforing Check this out. As I said to you, you can explore more about this skill. You have a high chance to get your first order.
  10. Personally, it's 0 or 5 stars. I mean, I do not give feedback to buyers if I have a bad experience with. It means also, I will not work with that buyers in the future. These kind of situation, as seller, make us feel down and demotivated. But it should not take too long. We should learn also something from that experience.
  11. Great. Try to explore more about your skills. And create a low competitor gigs. You can create 3 or 4 gigs. Improve your gig and use one of the best art/pictures you've created to impression people. Then you can choose what the best fit for you. Getting the 1st order is one of the most challenging one. Remember that you are here to work, use your skills, to compete with others and deliver your best work.
  12. Hi. Hope you will enjoy Fiverr. Welcome. I am a industrial designer, I start learning drawing and sketching. And I want to advice you to create a gigs about product sketching, product design if you know about it. I think it's one of great services and it's only few people who do it compared to portrait drawers. Enjoy your jorney here. Good luck.
  13. Your right. Url asigned with gigs. But search is based more on title, positive keyword and description. See the attached pictures for positive keywords. But if you get enough orders and best reviews, what's the main reason of changing it? If want to go for a more competitive range, you can add and change positive keyword everytime you want. As you do not get any order and review yet, you can experiment yourself for what works well for you
  14. I don't say it's not good enough. But I think, it's better to show a "unique" mockup amd pictures. If you take a look of what your competitors show, it is almost the same as yours. That's why you should present something better that your competitors. Not only about the quality, but about looks. Work on that, search for some other mockups and choose something more attractive and unique. Or maybe you can create your own mockup too.
  15. Hi. I go through your gigs. You said your mockup is high quality but I think you can show more unique and original mockup for your gigs. Besides, you have to use a low competitors keyword on your gigs as descriptions, title and tag to win your first order. Search at Fiverr itself the best low competitor keyword on your category.
  16. Sorry @donnovan86if I laugh at your comment. Bombarding. That's the right word. Personally I have never used automated message. I saw in this forum 2 years ago when I wasn't more active yet here that it is not a very big issue if you reply 6 or 7h after. Buyer understand and know that you are not always online and reply to all message instantly. And I really conviced about that. Secondly, seller will miss some of buyer message for this.
  17. I am not seller plus yet. But in my opinion, this feature should be available for all users because this is one of the most common issue for all sellers..
  18. Leaving review for work you have done is totally to up to buyers. It is totally up to you also to give back a review to them. If that review is really important to you, ask it cleverly. Me personally, I get reviewed from 60% of the completed order. It's not really a problem to me to get a review. The most important thing to me is to have the work done and buyers are satisfied to it.
  19. When did you create your account? Is your account already activated? I try to take a look at your profile but I could not see it. I think you should review everything about your account first
  20. Hi. In my case and services I offer, there are some details that is very hard to explain in writting, and this is the reason why they ask for a call. I only show my face for self introduction, after that I asked to switch off my camera. I only accept call if it is necessary. So, in my opinion, it is not a scam. As @vickieitosaid, they want to test your english and want to know if you use AI for answering.
  21. It seems like your gig is not appeared in the first (or the first 5 pages). That's why, impression decrease. And you might not get any message from new buyer. Fortunately, you still have your old buyer. But I don't know. Maybe you should update your gigs.
  22. It's quite hard to face this situation. Anyway it's totally up to us. Personally, whatever feedback I got, if I felt a bad relatioship during project, and tend to give less than 5 star, it's better not to give. So 0 or 5. Before that order, I got my first 4.7 star which was very surprising to me due to my help and very quick turnaround to the project. Anyway, let's say that's part of our challenge. Good luck.
  23. I had the same experience too this year. Instead of giving less than 4 stars, I just did not give any review. I don't want to be the first person who give the bad review.
  24. Did you change also the description or title? I think, it's due to the modification. I frequently modified my gigs description, title and tags before. And it dropped in stat for a couple of week or 3, then it bounced up after that. So it might be due to that changes
