  6. Fiverr is a marketplace for freelancers. Fiverr gives you the tools to do it. If everything is fine on your gigs, the services you provide, and the feedback you got (including private feedback), buyers will come to you. Meaning, getting clients on Fiverr is your own task by giving the best from you.

  9. I faced the same issue also when I paid taxes in my country. I don't know what to do. But, I have used the annual statement from fiverr with detailed of cleared payment/orders. For the moment, there is no problem. But I will try @smashradio advice. My little worry is that sometimes, I do not have project for a month. And I am used to withdraw per 2 months or 3 months.
  10. I don't think that there is a way to hide that. As long as you have active orders, it appears to your gig.
  11. If it's a spam, Fiverr blocks it automatically. But what I mention above was not a spam. This is still in the message, not in active orders. So there is no reason to contact CS about that.
  12. Buyers can block sellers like sellers can block buyers. I understand your concern. But this is really possible also from buyers. You have 3 sellers who blocked you. But I have more than 10 buyers who blocked me for no reason. I accept it as it's part of the job challenge.
  13. What happens to me is the contrary of yours as I am seller. There are some buyers blocking me after I said that I am unavailable. Especially those who ask an academic tasks and assignments.

  17. Yeah, that exactly helps as well. And in this case, CS will be more on the seller's side. In my case, even if I have the "contact me before putting order" there are some who put in an order without asking and with lack of requirements. Then I have to change the time of delivery.
  18. You should tell to the buyer that it's against Fiverr ToS. You should use Fiverr for communication. Even it's in the order, the intention is to communicate outside Fiverr. So you might get warning if you provide it.
  19. I think the reason you got impressions and clicks down in February is because of the 2 stars review 2 months ago. So, apart from promoting gigs, you should provide good work as you can on the orders you will get so that you will bounce up again.
