  2. I faced the same issue also when I paid taxes in my country. I don't know what to do. But, I have used the annual statement from fiverr with detailed of cleared payment/orders. For the moment, there is no problem. But I will try @smashradio advice. My little worry is that sometimes, I do not have project for a month. And I am used to withdraw per 2 months or 3 months.
  3. I don't think that there is a way to hide that. As long as you have active orders, it appears to your gig.
  4. If it's a spam, Fiverr blocks it automatically. But what I mention above was not a spam. This is still in the message, not in active orders. So there is no reason to contact CS about that.
  5. Buyers can block sellers like sellers can block buyers. I understand your concern. But this is really possible also from buyers. You have 3 sellers who blocked you. But I have more than 10 buyers who blocked me for no reason. I accept it as it's part of the job challenge.
  6. What happens to me is the contrary of yours as I am seller. There are some buyers blocking me after I said that I am unavailable. Especially those who ask an academic tasks and assignments.

  10. Yeah, that exactly helps as well. And in this case, CS will be more on the seller's side. In my case, even if I have the "contact me before putting order" there are some who put in an order without asking and with lack of requirements. Then I have to change the time of delivery.
  11. You should tell to the buyer that it's against Fiverr ToS. You should use Fiverr for communication. Even it's in the order, the intention is to communicate outside Fiverr. So you might get warning if you provide it.
  12. I think the reason you got impressions and clicks down in February is because of the 2 stars review 2 months ago. So, apart from promoting gigs, you should provide good work as you can on the orders you will get so that you will bounce up again.
  13. In my opinion, yes. As your buyer has already found a solution. That's why I said it's quite hard to deal with that situation. But you can still ask CS if there is anything else they can do. In all cases, it will affect your stat unfortunately even though you want to get paid for the work you have done. So it is totally up to you. But if I were you, I would accept the cancellation.

If you notice that some requirements are missing at the beginning, you should ask the buyer about that or you should cancel it at the beginning. But, I think it's better to accept the cancellation.   15. First, have a look if your buyer is new to Fiverr. If he/she is new, apart from what you replied, tell him/her that it's not allowed to provide that. Ask the buyer to share details through chat.

  17. As a seller, you cancel it and ask the buyer to accept the cancellation. No need to ask for a refund. And it's off your stats as @sunboatrecordssaid. But in case the buyer refuses the cancellation, then you can ask for help from CS.

  19. Hi there. If a buyer order package from your gig, and give requirements that you have already set up in this gig, so the order start. If you really mention on the description that buyer should discuss to you before putting an order, then you should use that as proof when you ask for cancellation. But, I think it is better to talk first with that buyer. And you will see if if you should cancel or ask to extent the delivery time. It's quite bad for you if you cancel your first order.
