  1. Update 24/04: Fiverr has responded and said the reason for the suspension is: "Users may only create and use one active account to purchase or offer services at any given point in time. Please refer to our Community Standards for additional information." Now I am even more confused. I passed the verification checks a few weeks ago and do only have a single account. There is 100% only this account that is associated with me. I live in a rental apartment in London. Could it be that other tenants have registered Fiverr to this address and that is why? Do readers have any advice?
  2. Hi all, Update 23/04 - FIVERR REINSTATED THE GIG. This was as expected as the Gig was fully compliant with the terms of service and achieved after much back and forth with Fiverr CS. HOWEVER, Less than 12 hours later they have suspended my entire account. I took no action and did nothing between being reinstated and then complete account removal. They are now not responding at all to my questions. Please see attached the full chain, containing the initial refusal to reinstate the gig, then reinstatement of the gig and then account ban. I am a relatively new seller I had only been selling on the Platform for around a month. I have my own website where I sell these services and this was a trial to expand my market. I did not set up any payout method, so do you know how I can gain access to my funds? I am not convinced how PERMANENT this suspension is, given they changed their mind previously, so is there any kind of appeals process? I think this automated process has happened: - Gig suspended and regulation enforcing the suspension of the creation of a new gig of the same type. - Gig reinstated by Fiverr CS - Automatic process whereby account is banned due to creation of new gig of the same type (occurring when Fiverr allowed the gig to go live). What do you think? Email - Jack Marks - Outlook2.pdf
  3. Hi Auloka, I am extremely confused by Fiverr Customer Support. Their responses have been contradictory and unclear. Please can you help me manage this? I have attached my full conversation with Fiverr Support. There have been some updates that I will explain: - The US LLC with EIN Gig has not been removed for the stars. It has been removed due to selling 'Prohibited Services'. They are suggesting that the EIN TAX Numbers that I have applied for are non-legitimate. - What is very strange is that I have another Gig for EIN TAX Numbers only and this remains fully active. - I sent concrete evidence from the IRS (US Tax Authority) showing the EIN Tax Numbers sent are valid and this was ignored. I am really unsure what to do. Am I able to list a new US LLC gig but without the EIN component? Gig Denial – Fiverr Help Center.pdf
  4. Hello Fiverr Community, I am looking for some advice as a relatively new seller. I recently upgraded my Gig image on 2 Gigs (attached). 24 hours later I was notified that "Your Gig requires modification" as I had included 5 x stars on the image to reflect my 5 star rating. I did not know this was against the rules, but happily removed the stars on both images. A few hours later one of the 2 Gigs was back active due to the new image, however the other has been permanently denied. I raised a case with Fiverr explaining that I had removed the stars in both Gigs and therefore I don't understand why one has been removed and the other hasn't,. Just wondering if anyone on here has any suggestions on how to reinstate the Gig? Also note: I had a similar experience with another Gig that was denied, I raised a case with Fiverr and then it was reinstated without any action from me. I'm trying to make this my full-time gig but it seems pretty difficult if this can happen. I have attached the old Gig images with the stars and the new images without the stars for your reference. It was actually a Fiverr seller who did these for me. Thanks, Jack
