  1. I too have been waiting for 60 days now for a decision from the special fiverr team. There must be a lot of restricted accounts accumulated now, because it takes longer than the specified time. I can't find any information anywhere who could share their experience with the fiverr special team. Do they really understand the problem of blocked accounts?
  2. I design websites and I had a case where a buyer simply did not approve the delivery of my work for several weeks. He didn't respond to my messages and also didn't ask me to make any changes to the work. He was already actively using my site for his business purposes. The customer service can't help as they can't influence the buyer to accept delivery. It has been a month since the buyer did not take delivery but used my work and I wrote to him that I will complain to the court that I am the copyright holder of this site. After that fiverr algorithms considered my message as a threat to the client and blocked me, and the buyer got his money back. So in any disputable and fraudulent situations behave very friendly and correct, it is not worth your nerves.
  3. Hi. Can you tell me who has encountered this situation? I am a freelancer and provide my services here on the Fiverr. I have faced a problem with reporting to the tax authorities in my country Poland. In order to report my earned income for the past month I need to issue an invoice Fiverr. Through the platform Fiverr Workspace I have invoiced the file for the month of March. The support service checked my invoice and said that it was correct and handed it over to the appropriate team. It has been 13 days and no results, my invoice has not even been opened and reviewed. Moreover, the support service deleted my application where I issued an invoice and said that "This application has been closed because it was merged with an open application relating to the same request. - But I don't have any open requisitions. Tell me, does Fiverr really pay invoices or do they get away with it? How do you invoice the fiverr for submission to the tax office and how long does it take?
  4. I think it's all fiverr algorithms. At my gigs I observe that I get the most orders on Friday-Saturday, then my gigs show decreases closer to Wednesday, then they increase back and on Friday again I get a lot of orders. This has nothing to do with the salaries of my clients as I work around the world

  8. I'm regret you. I have a similar situation right now. Only I did the job and the buyer left a 5-star review, and a couple of days later requested to cancel the order. It seems to me that sellers are not protected from such cases at all.
  9. In order to enter the shopify store, you DO NOT NEED an EMAIL AND PASSWORD! This is the same as telling a customer - I need your bank card with a PIN code to see if you have money on the card to pay me. Your client can invite you to his store in the shopify settings or you can enter the store through your shopify partner panel.
