Hey Everyone. I provide Video Editing services and I received a message from buyer that he want captions on 10 Videos. I asked him what kind of caption style he want and in reply he said exactly like the projects I have done earlier (Displayed on my Gig Portfolio). After agreeing on certain amount I asked him again are you sure you Alex Hormozi style captions and he said yes after that I sent him the custom offer. He accepted it and send me 5 videos instead of 10 and said to send him 1 video asap. I edited the first video and sent it to him. After sending him he wasn't replying to me. I got a message from him to extend the delievery date and after extending it now he is cancelling the order. What should I do now?? I have contacted the CS but I wanted to ask other freelancers here too!

I have received the order from buyer and now she is saying add the subtitles on the video by yourself, even though the video she has sent to me already have subtitles. I can't add subtitles on it again. So I am opting to cancel the order.

Hey guys need your help asap. I have received the order at around 5:00 AM 23rd July and the delievery time is 24 hours, also the order has been started. Client is getting online continuously but not responding to my messages. The video sent on the order page by buyer is wrong, I asked to send the new video before the delievery time ends. But he is not responding to me. What should I do? Should I cancel the order? I have contacted Customer Support but didn't got the reply from their side. As soon as the time will end Fiverr will consider it as Late Delievery and it will affect my ranking!

Hello Everyone. I am a new seller and I have a question regarding dealing with clients, any help will be highly appreciated. So my question is Can I offer my clients a sample video with watermark before they place an order. For example they want a certain style in video editing and I offer them a sample of 30 seconds with watermark so they can't steal the content and if they like it they can place an order. Is that against TOS or I can do this?? Thanks

Hello Everyone! I have a question regarding payment withdrawal. I wanted to know can I withdraw my Fiverr payment in PayPal with different name. For example my Fiverr account is on my name and I connect the paypal account having different name. Can I withdraw the payment on that paypal account or will there be any issue?? Yes I will surely be offering Graphic Designing in Future. For now I really think I should go for Video Editing Services to gain exposure and reviews on my Profile. Once I get enough reviews I will be offering designing services too! The Competition in Graphic Designing is really High. It's almost impossible to get a Client on Designing Gig but if there are good reviews on my Profile it will be easier for me to get some Clients who need designing services. By the way do you have any suggestion how people rank their gigs on first 2 pages because I tried almost every tip including keywords etc but didn't got my gig on first 2 pages.
