  1. Yes people are repeating identical reviews so Fiverr's suspicious order checking system is likely flagging those as false reviews even though it's not your fault. You could contact CS and let them know that's what it seems to be doing (because other people on the forum got flagged for that too then I think they were unflagged when they realised. I think forum staff might have helped too to get them to check that) and see if they'll remove the flags. Maybe one day they will fix the system that incorrectly auto-flags them.
  2. It was a good podcast. Maybe it could have talked more about the level drop risk now with the review and level changes since it mostly talked about the benefits and that the review changes were a good thing before talking about those risks/negatives, and the reduced options you have when you do drop levels (eg. less active gigs). It said "I have had a few reviews that have given me four stars for value for money in the past but they've gone on to say like excellent work" but I think in the past (before the new review system) the "value for money" rating was part of the private rating not the public one. Though maybe they could have entered something about the value for money in the review text so you knew.
  3. Or maybe it would be better saying "Did you add a verb to your gig title?" 🙂
  4. When I refreshed this forum page and clicked on the link in the post that says it's edited 1 hr ago, that says "downloaded the guide here" in Firefox (opening it in a normal new tab or private window) it shows: Also the same when I tried it in a Chrome window
  5. I still get it asking me to sign in. Maybe it's not fully shared publicly. Another option might be to export it as a .pdf and then attach that to thread, then every one could have access to the .pdf but they couldn't edit the document, probably. https://support.google.com/docs/answer/2494822#zippy=%2Callow-general-access-to-the-file%2Cshare-a-file-publicly
  6. Maybe rounding errors in programming? I assume they're storing the monetary values in a way where it stores it in whole (integer) amounts though. Maybe something to do with currency conversions, though if it was in Bahamian dollars that should be the same amount as in USD (unless the exchange reduces it?). You could ask CS at the helpdesk what might be causing it and if it's an error they could fix it, though they might not see it was very important.

    Review

That would probably bias the rating, if it would seem like you would only be asking them to review if they enjoyed working with you. That would also likely bias the review - if you want them to share their good or great experience in the review. This has info on reviews: https://help.fiverr.com/hc/en-us/articles/360049982353-Reviews-and-ratings They say it's not allowed to: It's safest not to ask for reviews or mention reviews to the buyer at all but if you do ask them to leave a review (as Fiverr has said on the forum that it's okay to) don't bias the rating or try to get a particular/higher rating or ask why they gave a certain rating (since that risks account warnings and suspensions).
  8. Your gigs are on hold currently. If you activate some you'll get a chance of orders.
  9. I assume there's probably some limit to the number of orders it takes into account (eg. for the past x days). eg. some sellers have delivered over 50,000 orders and maybe been here 9 or 10 years. It might not take all of those into account (for efficiency). Or maybe they could if they checked/held the last 60 or 90 days worth for the gradual weights (that gradually increased in weight with the more recent orders) and then had totals for all the orders before that in the same low weight. Ideally staff could say if it's all orders or just a certain number of days worth of orders. Since it was said that it wouldn't fluctuate too often maybe that means that it will be a high number of days and/or that it just won't be very precise (high decimal place) so maybe just 0 or 1 decimal place for the shown success score?
  10. You could check the grammar in the images/descriptions is the best it can be. eg. multiple gig images say "BUSINESS GROW OPPORTUNITY". Maybe that could be "business growth opportunity" or something. And you could change this in one of your descriptions "BUSINESS GROW OPPORTUNITY EARN MORE MONEY FROM YOUR BUSINESS". eg. change the punctuation/grammar.
  11. Most of them seem to have 5.0 stars, though there are also lots of level 2 sellers with 4.9 stars. So for level 2 it's probably something like around 50% of those sellers have 5.0 stars, around 40% have 4.9 stars and the rest have less stars. Though it's the level conditions that also restrict the range. Fiverr could show the real figures though. I still think they should show the seller's rating to 2 decimal places to make it easier to compare.
  12. The smiley faces in the new ratings do seem less professional than before, when I thought they were previously trying to make the site more professional. They're intentionally making it so people get less stars in general - so people aren't shown with the vast majority having 5.0 stars avg. Though I don't think many people getting a very good delivery that they're really happy with would have an expression like their "exceptional" smiley face when they get it. And maybe if that expression is nothing like their expression maybe they'd be a lot less likely to pick it, even when they're totally happy with the delivery.
  13. For the last 3 Fiverr messages I didn't get email notifications even though that's enabled Are email notifications working okay for your account (this is to check if it's happening to multiple people). Fiverr said it was an issue on their side but still asked me to delete cookies and cache but it's still happened again.
  14. The scam is the user wanting to use your LinkedIn account, which could be for ID fraud or for trying to get into other systems through that as well as the user could do anything as you, including change the password and lock you out of it. Maybe they'd try to automatically log into other accounts of yours through the LinkedIn. Obviously don't allow them, and all contact has to be on Fiverr.
  15. I think when a buyer blocks a seller it (or the other way around) it will say "x is not accepting messages at this time" rather than "x can no longer be contacted". So it could be something to do with their account (eg. deactivated). You could check if it gives the same message in the browser version.
  16. In your profile you say "Am working efficiently as fiber data entry for more than 2 years". I assume you mean Fiverr, but your account was created only last month so unless you had a different account you can't have been working on Fiverr doing data entry for more than 2 years so that seems inaccurate. When you say "congratulations, for joining my service". I'd change that as they haven't really joined your service or ordered at that point. All they've probably done is found your gig.
  17. I think it's now 4.7 to be TRS. It says "4.7+ rating" in the updated TRS requirements section. They say (in https://www.fiverr.com/cp/freelancers-levels-ratings) So they're not necessarily saying that a TRS with 5.0 stars seems less trustworth than a new seller with 4.0 score, they're seem to be saying that the ratings (not the seller) are less trustworthy with if they have an average of 5.0 stars. I think it was probably a problem for them that too many sellers showed an average of 5.0 stars so it could be hard for buyers to find the really best (in their words "making it harder for exceptional work to stand out"). Though one thing they could have done is show the seller's average rating to 2 dp instead of 1 (eg. it might show 1 seller as 4.96 rating not 5.0 rating if they showed them to 2 dp, making comparisons between sellers easier since you'd be more likely to see different ratings). Also it's probably related to the number of ratings you have. If someone has lots of reviews and no ratings <5 stars at all then it could look less trustworthy. The "trustworthy" for ratings is probably more like a curve rather than one being trustworthy and the next rating not being. Buyers will also probably look at other things on the profile besides the ratings to decide whether the seller themselves seems trustworthy and that will help decide whether the ratings are trustworthy and realistic, and they could look at the reviews that show a image/document/video where the buyer enabled that or the live galleries to get a rough idea of what was actually delivered. One problem with the old ratings is that buyers might have felt they were normally expected to give 5 stars for a normally delivered order (that wasn't too bad), mostly because they probably know the level system punished sellers too much for low ratings where they'd lose their levels. But now they've changed the rating system to make sellers get lower ratings without making the min ratings for levels low enough probably. (eg. recently it was about 4.2 (though in the past it had been 4.7 for each I think) and in the updated one it's 4.6, for level 2). But still lots of people will lose their levels because of this, and buyers might also feel pressure with the ratings they give if they know the high requirements of the level system. And a lot of buyers might now not want to give ratings if it gives more info on their purchases (price paid etc.).
  18. Do you know roughly when the next instalment of the myth busting threads will be made please?
  19. Your gig's FAQ says: Fiverr's TOS https://www.fiverr.com/legal-portal/legal-terms/terms-of-service says: Based on Fiverr's gig image guidelines you've probably got too much text on your main gig image compared to their recommendations. Maybe the colour scheme of the gig image could be changed too to something other than yellow text on orange background. Maybe create additional gigs if you have other services you could offer and do well to increase chance of orders.

    fraudsters

According to this help page about delivering an order: https://help.fiverr.com/hc/en-us/articles/360010639437-Delivering-an-order Fiverr says: So I assume it's still okay to use dropbox or similar for the reason above (eg. if there's technical limitations uploading the files to Fiverr)

    fraudsters

Don't contact them through Telegram or any other off-site way. If they ask you to contact off Fiverr say to them that Fiverr rules say all contact must be on Fiverr. The Terms of Service https://www.fiverr.com/legal-portal/legal-terms/terms-of-service says:
  22. Though they talk about ranking and evaluations (which would be relevant to Fiverr and the search ranking and the levels evaluation system), the GPAI models stuff probably isn't related to Fiverr (though maybe slightly with Neo?) because Fiverr's AI systems won't be general purpose (ie. aren't meant to be used for practically anything - they're just meant for specific tasks, like search results ranking, or Neo is intended for buyers finding sellers (even though you can ask it any question so it might give a more general purpose answer then - especially if it's based on Google Bard).
  23. So far there's just what's been mentioned on the linked page. ie.
  24. Though this page calls it "New Seller". https://www.fiverr.com/cp/freelancers-levels-ratings It doesn't mention "Level 0" on that page. But it might be more meaningful if it did show "Level 0" or "Unleveled" or something. This page also calls it "New Seller" https://www.fiverr.com/levels even though someone could be here for years with that level.
