  1. Like the rules say, AI generated content can be used as long as it's cited. Though it should really be checked for accuracy if it's text content ((that is presented as fact) - eg. multiple AI generated text posts have said to use the buyer requests section but that no longer exists), and I don't think they really want it where 99% of the post is AI generated text content.
  2. In a gig you can only have 3 images and 1 video and the 2 pdfs (maybe you could add images in them). You could also put multiple images into 1 image if you wanted. (ie. if you wanted to show 3 or 4 designs you could place them all in one image that you then uploaded to one of the available gig image slots). The other sellers with more images are probably showing the images in the live gallery where it shows images (or video clips) from deliveries if the live gallery is switched on and the buyer allows them to get shown there. You could make sure the live gallery is enabled if for the gig if you want that. There's also the portfolio that can be added on the profile page (which might depend on seller level or other stats).
  3. Looks like they've taken notice of the suggestions (I was one of the ones who suggested something a lot like that), including in the Neo thread - at Though I assume it's not going to give the full advice about the seller's gigs/profile etc. like I suggested in that thread. I assume it's general info for all sellers/buyers. Maybe that's what mostly sellers will get instead of the original Fiverr Neo (which I don't see now).
  4. I think there's a button that can be clicked on the order page that says something like "send x a reminder" when the buyer hasn't filled in all the requirements but I haven't seen it automatically send one before. Maybe the button is near the part that says "I have all I need" if you don't need them to fill it in.
  5. According to this: https://www.fiverr.com/cp/freelancers-levels-ratings
  6. You can easily change your Display Name (that it often shows next to your username) but you can't change the username of the current account. You can close the account and then open a new one with certain conditions (eg. email has to be different I think). See: https://help.fiverr.com/hc/en-us/articles/360010140217-How-do-I-change-my-email-or-username
  7. It says in the 2nd post that you can catch the replay at: https://www.fiverr.com/content/rt/orders-communication-tips
  8. Probably promoted gigs. Fiverr started promoting them in the inboxes too. Fiverr should add a way for buyers to opt out of having promoted gig ads appearing in their inbox I think.
  9. So the question was asked "how many FAQ are best in numbers?" and it was stated above that 3-5 FAQs are recommended. But in some of the best selling gigs, eg: "I will create minimalist logo design for your business" No. of reviews: 45724, No. of FAQs: 9 "I will design an outstanding logo" No. of reviews: 60115, No. of FAQs: 6 "I will design 3 original logo design concepts for your business" No. of reviews: 24493, No. of FAQs: 7 "I will record a pro voiceover, british or american female accent" No. of reviews: 28377, No. of FAQs: 8 "I will record any american or british female voice over or narration, today" No. of reviews: 30670, No. of FAQs: 10 "I will design professional book cover or ebook cover" No. of reviews: 47582, No. of FAQs: 8 "I will design an eye catching ebook or kindle cover with bonus" No. of reviews: 42871, No. of FAQs: 10 "I will create modern minimalist business logo design" No. of reviews: 38760, No. of FAQs: 9 "I will do modern line art text or badge logo design" No. of reviews: 25047, No. of FAQs: 6 "I will create 2 stunning logo designs" No. of reviews: 55441, No. of FAQs: 6 all the above have more than the recommended 3-5 FAQs. All those gigs have >24,000 ratings, and all have between 6 and 10 FAQs. Surely having that many FAQs has helped them become that successful. So surely in some cases, having >5 FAQs in gigs might help a lot if it clarifies things enough to the buyers. I assume those gigs have had many enquiries and enough orders to create enough legit FAQs for their gigs with the things buyers mostly tend to ask or clarifying things about the gig.
  10. The buyer owns the copyright to the delivered work (see Fiverr's Terms of Service), unless your gig/agreement said otherwise. So you'd need the buyer's permission. If you don't have it then you can't put the work you did for them anywhere else. See: https://www.fiverr.com/legal-portal/legal-terms/terms-of-service
  11. I think it was unclear if the blog post meant to add the personal website link on the Fiverr (main site) profile. But I assume it's against the Fiverr TOS too. The blog post (https://blog.fiverr.com/post/7-ways-to-promote-yourself-as-a-fiverr-freelancer) said: I think the Fiverr blog post could clarify that they don't mean to add the link on the Fiverr (main site) profile (if that's the case) - that they mean on some other site like social media (if that's what was meant).
  12. I think they do get a boost. Though whether it's definitely because of the TRS badge or whether it's because of other stats they have (including high past orders) it's not easy to say. eg. go to the first page in a subcategory page and see how many gigs show from each type of seller, and compare that with the total amount of gigs for sellers of each level in that subcategory (so you could calc a probability of a gig showing normally there for a seller of a particular level). Or do a similar thing for a search. eg. in Programming & Tech, Website Development, clicking on "recommended sort" (the default was Top selling) for me gives, on the 1st page: Total gigs shown on page: 52 (usually it shows 48 on a page) Level 0/Unlevelled 3 5.7692% Level 1 7 13.4615% Level 2 16 30.7692% Level TRS 26 50.0000% So 50% of gigs shown on the 1st page of the recommended sort in that subcat are from TRS sellers, despite TRS having the lowest amount of gigs in that that subcat (eg. TRS have 1,890 gigs there, unlevelled have about 152,000, level 2 have about 22,600). So TRS gigs seem to have a higher probability of being shown on that 1st recommended page (for me) than any other level of seller's gig. Also one benefit of TRS over level 2 is the allowed number of gigs they can have (or can have active).
  13. For confidential projects buyers could also split the project (if possible) between more than one seller - if that would mean it would be more secure by having each seller not know the full info. The buyers can leave reviews on orders placed from custom offers though. And the buyer could still say "this is the preferred custom sample but I want it changed/different in this/these way(s)" and they could still ask for revisions if it isn't how they want. So unless the seller is saying they can only have one of those custom samples (without changes/variations decided by the buyer) I don't think it would be really review manipulation.
  14. But on average, do gigs with more FAQs than that (including closer to 10) get more conversions and orders per week? Do you recommend 3-5 FAQs because you don't want sellers to create too many FAQs too quickly (in case they over-complicate a new gig) and would prefer them to create them more gradually to go with the types of real questions that actual buyers/those interested in buying the gig ask?
  15. I don't think it was said by staff that it would be all time or whether it was a particular number of days. It was asked if it would be 60 or 90 days and then this was the reply: So we don't definitely know what date range it takes into account (or if it's all of them since a seller joined). Hopefully staff can clarify.
  16. Instead of adding it to the delivery (where it might be very risky in case Fiverr thinks it could be manipulation), couldn't a changed version (maybe without mentioning the words "value for money") be used on the normal gig info video or one of the gig's images (eg. a 2nd or 3rd one), which could still say the lowest industry prices and how yours are cheaper. You could check if it's okay with Fiverr CS or your success manager.
  17. Probably not according to this: https://help.fiverr.com/hc/en-us/articles/360011421218-Gig-policies It also seems risky having a link to on the profile. Though that page says to it wouldn't surprise me if Fiverr flagged people who did create a link on their profile to a personal website of theirs.
  18. Some comments/suggestions: Gig: I will do typing work into excel , copy paste and excel data entry The main gig image incorrectly says "file convertion" Gig: I will do professional data entry work for you The main gig image is blurry and has a lot more text than Fiverr's gig image guidelines recommend. Gig: I will do fast, accurate data entry and online research The "hours of work" field in the basic & premium package doesn't equal the number stated in the package descriptions (basic package hours of work says 1 hour, package desc. says 2 hours). 3 gig titles have spaces before commas. It would probably increase order chances if they didn't.
  19. It could just be for the gigs that need it. And in the OP it mentions having 3-5 FAQs "can help increase your conversions". There does seem to be a rough correlation between nr of FAQs and nr of orders (though whether that's because successful gigs get more enquiries and so add more FAQs or whether it's the FAQs that are helping it might be difficult to say, though since it says it increases conversions, and some of that might be through keywords in them sometimes helping get found in search results - when they're not negative ones - it might be worth it). So maybe it's in a bit more complex gigs (especially if they were higher priced) it might help the user to check better if there were the full amount of FAQs. Some sellers needed them so even if just a lower % of buyers read them it still might help them.
  20. Though FAQs also have quite a low character limit. Sometimes you want to add a bit more to an answer to make sure it states everything fully but there aren't enough characters to say everything you want to. Also some forum members have tried adding an 11th FAQ to their gig and got an unclear error message (something like "item is not in list"). Maybe it would help if Fiverr allowed about 12 FAQs in gigs so people would be more likely to have enough. And also it would help sellers if a clearer error message was displayed if they did try to add an FAQ when there was already the maximum number of FAQs on the gig. Yes, but if you've had people in the inbox asking if you offer X and you don't and you put an FAQ in your gig saying "Do you offer X?" and an answer saying you don't, it could then use what you said as a keyword making it more likely you'll get more people finding your gig with the thing you said you don't do - and then lowering your conversion rate and so maybe lowering your position in results (unless you pay extra for seller plus (and are eligible for it) and can enter 5 negative keywords - when negative keywords should really be a basic thing for all sellers if it helps the search engine find the most relevant gigs for what the buyers are searching for).
  21. There's no buyer requests section now. It's been replaced by Buyer Briefs and only a few people get sent each. So you can't see a list of jobs available to send an offer to, and briefs might only get sent to sellers with high enough stats who the system thinks fit the brief that has been created. There's also a tiny chance that you could get found by a buyer using Fiverr Neo but its probably unlikely as it only shows 1 seller at a time.
  22. Though the reviews it shows say "as buyer" so maybe the reviews are ones those sellers have responded with when the OP bought the gig. But still those have repeats of the those reviews. But the same thing could have happened with the reviews the buyers made to the seller's gigs. edit: Or maybe some or all of them are from the buyers of her gigs (as it says the same with another seller whose account is suspended and it's clearly buyers talking about the seller's deliveries there). I wonder if their system could also have an issue with the outsourcing of the same type of service (if that's what's been done). I assume not since even Pro sellers have outsourced (though the rules about stating it changed). eg. are tarot card reader(s) buying other tarot cart reader's gigs and if so does Fiverr's system flag because of that (eg. outsourcing without stating it or it thinking there's an issue with them doing that)?
  23. Yes people are repeating identical reviews so Fiverr's suspicious order checking system is likely flagging those as false reviews even though it's not your fault. You could contact CS and let them know that's what it seems to be doing (because other people on the forum got flagged for that too then I think they were unflagged when they realised. I think forum staff might have helped too to get them to check that) and see if they'll remove the flags. Maybe one day they will fix the system that incorrectly auto-flags them.
  24. It was a good podcast. Maybe it could have talked more about the level drop risk now with the review and level changes since it mostly talked about the benefits and that the review changes were a good thing before talking about those risks/negatives, and the reduced options you have when you do drop levels (eg. less active gigs). It said "I have had a few reviews that have given me four stars for value for money in the past but they've gone on to say like excellent work" but I think in the past (before the new review system) the "value for money" rating was part of the private rating not the public one. Though maybe they could have entered something about the value for money in the review text so you knew.
