  1. Any messages related to promotion/demotion will probably take up to 24 hours to appear I think as well as the promotion/demotion. Or at least they will likely take a certain number of hours even if the evaluation calculation is based around the specified date & time
  2. You can go to the Analytics screen. When your stats meet the requirements for level 1 as shown on the right side of the Analytics screen, you’ll advance to that level.
  3. Fiverr evaluation is where once a month (around the 15th) the Fiverr system checks your stats (completion rate, response rate, rating, earnings, etc.) and decides whether you should move up to the next level (if applicable), get demoted (if your current level is >=1) or stay on the same level. The analytics screen will show more info on this.
  4. Disagree, I have seen sellers with more than 100 orders in queue for a single gig. I assume most of those will be a team. If it doesn’t say it’s a team and it’s a high order count for the type of gig and the buyer needs it soon or a lot of communication about it and/or it’s a time consuming type of gig a lot of orders in the queue may put a buyer off buying. Though on Fiverr it may not be easy for a buyer to see that there are a lot of orders in the queue if the orders in the queue are on multiple gigs. It doesn’t specify a total number of orders in the queue for a particular seller. edit: Though having orders in the queue does seem to make it more likely other orders will be made. It may be partly Fiverr’s algorithm (eg. positioning gigs/sellers with orders in the queue higher in search results).
  5. Isn’t there scheduling software you could use on your PC that do this? When a buyer contacts order you could ask them what dates/times in GMT they are available and see which of those you are also available.
  6. I agree it should be less and there shouldn’t be a charge on tips or when buyers pay from their Fiverr balance. Though shouldn’t the fee charged be relative to their actual costs for orders, or at least take more account of the actual costs related to various orders? eg. Fiverr takes a service charge ($2 on purchases up to and including $40, and 5% on purchases above $40)+20% of the fee from orders, but the actual costs to Fiverr for handling any issues with orders won’t double with a gig that is double price. Shouldn’t the service charge (and maybe percentage of gig price that goes to Fiverr) - or the service charge percentage get less as the gig price goes up?
  7. Yes, the “view image info” method won’t work for those without a profile image. Though you could use Miiila’s suggestion to use the phone app which should show the username for all users.
  8. No (but the full source may help you find more) but I mean just right click on the profile image if they have one, then select “view image info”, then look at the “associated text”. The “Associated Text” is the username.
  9. If you really want to know the username, and they have a profile image, view the image info (right click on the image in firefox), and look at the associated text.
