  2. Pretty sure that's how tips are shown. I have the exact same thing in my case. Tips are handled as separate payments.
  3. I think they said it's the fastest selling nonfiction ASIDE from the other Harry (as in Harry Potter). But he might surpass, I don't know. Regardless, I have orders to work on and I am not wasting my time with this book. Nothing I can learn from there and I would much prefer fiction or any business book rather than this. Maybe it's just personal taste.

  5. If tips would not be charged, buyers would try to manipulate the system and pay just small fees for a $5 order, then the rest would be covered via a tip because it's not charged. It would lead to heavy manipulation and we are better off without that. There are lots of scammers anyway, we don't need more.
  6. A PayPal or Payoneer account can only be attached to a single Fiverr account. So if a perosn has multiple accounts and breaks the rules, they would still need to have multiple paypal or payoneer accounts.
  7. Well your category has the $80 as its lowest price because website development is very complex. So they had to set that limit because there were tons of scammers stating they can help create a website for $5. In general you can lower prices without a problem, I think this is the only category where you have this type of limit.

  10. Only customer support can tell you if Fiverr agrees or not. If you just start without their consent, Fiverr will see this as you having 2 accounts and you will get banned. Most likely she can't offer the same services you do, in the same category. So, it's a good idea to go to customer support and talk with them.
  11. Yes, it's not random. Those stay within the same parameters, but 2-3 times a day you will see gigs changing position a bit, some go up, some go down. Again, gig performance is very important.
  12. It's not weird. It's based on gig performance. So it's anything but random.
  13. You can't get rid of it. Fiverr constantly tracks your performance so there's something like a bad review for example, late delivery, etc that pushed you back. There's a perfect explanation for that. And there's nothing you can do other than deliver excellent services to your clients, then eventually any issue will go away.

  15. Yeah, as a seller we just know our side, but Fiverr has to think about the client experience. So that's why it takes a while. As I said, if you are a top rated seller or pay for the seller plus service, you have a 7 day period instead of 14 days. I suggest you focus on delivering the best work that you can, as you generate more orders this won't become an issue.
  16. You are on a forum, you have to expect not everyone will side with you. People have different points of view. No one is right or wrong because we can't judge Fiverr for their policy. You are on their site, you accepted their policies and terms of service by using their website so..   17. Filip the Wise said it very well. Plus, there are options like becoming a top rated seller or paying for Fiverr Seller Plus where you can easily access a 7-day withdrawal period. And in the case of Seller Plus, you can also get the cash right away if the person rated your order via a feature they have, although they will take 1% as a fee. So there are options. Buyers need to be allowed at least a week or so in order to check the work. Needless to say, some work will be ok, but other will be subpar. So buyers need to have time to check and receive a refund if the work is really bad. How can they refund a person if you already withdrew the money? As others said, if you have consistent orders, this doesn't matter since you have money ready to withdraw all the time.

  20. Yeah, this shows how much OP cares about his clients. He's not a big fish, he is your client. Posting this indicates you just care about money and it deters a serious buyer from buying anything from you. I wouldn't after seeing this.
  21. It has been like that ever since Fiverr was created. If you want to withdraw faster, work towards becoming a top rated seller. Or pay for Seller Plus. If you have consistent work you won't even feel the difference, since money will end up clearing all the time. WIth that in mind, they do this because they have a 10-day waiting period for buyers to review and ask for a revision. So obviously they need to give buyers time to check their work. And while some buyers review right away, others can take a week or two. Hence the reason why you have 14 days. But as I said, people with a good track record like the top rated sellers can withdraw faster. Sure, we would all love to have instant withdrawals, but not all orders end up finalized, some end up canceled, etc. It's the nature of this website, so 14 days has to be it, unless you have faster withdrawals via the 2 methods outlined earlier.
  22. Damn, I was away for a few days and it seems things changed quite a bit. If you don't mind, can you tell me what happened? Why did they ban only Bangladeshi users, pretty sure there are scammers and cheaters from other regions.
  23. Don't get me wrong, I agree with this. I just said that there can be honest mistakes.
  24. Well you have the same IP. That's the issue, it's seen as 2 accounts made by the same person. Go to customer support and see if they allow it, but generally if you share the Wi-Fi, it's like having 2 accounts in the same place.
  25. I don't see Fiverr being that strict. Poeple make mistakes when typing, especially on the go. Being penalized for that would be cruel.
