  1. Obviously you need to do a good job and deliver what you promised. That's how you bring people back. Having a good price might help too, depending on the niche. But people are always willing to pay more if the work you deliver is great so..
  2. Maybe he just wanted to hack you 🙂
  3. I saw that. However, that doesn't mean there won't be 100% AI based services in that category sooner rather than later.
  4. Don't ask people for feedback. Fiverr is already pressuring them to leave feedback. And I had people that left me a 1 star review or a 3 star review saying they were satisfied and happy with the work, but they just placed stars randomly so Fiverr stops pressuring them. So.. If Fiverr already asks them for feedback and they don't share it, do you think any time you ask them you'll have a different outcome?
  5. Maybe you had cancellations in the past 3-4 months. Or maybe there was a bad review, be it a public or hidden review. There can be a multitude of reasons.
  6. It's not just AI art, it's AI content writing, proofreading, editing and so on.
  7. Since you chose your deadline, that's the timeline you have to work with.
  8. No one knows. They don't only have you on their plate, they have thousands of people to deal with. After all, if someone is banned, they can take up to 90 days to review their case. So..
  9. I had a repeat buyer that left me a 1 star review saying very good. And I just moved on, because there's a possibility I can lose my account if I go to customer support and say the feedback was sent by mistake. So might as well move on. You can always cancel the order and report the person instead of just being manipulated for the free work.
  10. He already created another account. He has another topic on the forum asking why he was banned, even if he had 2 accounts...
  11. You can't have more than 1 Fiverr account, you agreed to that when you created your first account. Obviously you violated the rules and there's nothing you can do now. As for selling multiple types of services, you can do that with a single account, if you have the talent. But you should nbever have more than 1 Fiverr account. You can see what happens 🙂
  12. Congrats. It does make sense in some verticals. However, Fiverr still allows people to book up to 20x your gig packages.. so it's sad to see they work on anything BUT that.
  13. It does say in the levels section that TRS are manually selected. So you can't influence them at all. Just do the best work you can and if they take notice, you will most likely be a TRS at some point 🙂
  14. And that's why Fiverrm won't use crypto, unless it will become very stable in the future. But instability is in the nature of crypto, so the chances of Fiverr accepting that are slim to none.
  15. It depends. For me, I receive most orders mid-week. So I specifically set the deadlines (for longer stuff) Monday onward. Shorter stuff is ok, and you can always pause gigs as needed. Use the Fiverr tools at your disposal. And remember, it's worse if you don't deliver on time. Having longer deadlines is fine. I see writers with much longer deadlines than me, and they have 20+ orders. So don't worry, your private/public reviews matter way more here.
  16. Instead of worrying about that, just go with longer deadlines. That will solve the issue.
  17. Well you have a lot of competitors. And not only that, but a lot of them have been here for a while. They have a very good presence and lots of reviews. So you really have to come up with new ideas to stand out..
  18. It says in that image.... If you add that as a gig extra you can make some extra money. It even says ALL THE INFO HERE. But I guess it's hard to click and easier to ask lol.
  19. With the Wayback Machine I saw that you were offering services via s***e and Zoom, maybe there was an issue there, who knows. Regardless, at this point you can only wait for Fiverr to decide.
  20. You trust a random person? Don't. Don't ask for a review, especially mention stars or anything like that. It shows you influenced the buyer and that automatically triggers the Fiverr sytem. Hopefully you get your account back, but obviously we don't know exactly what happened so you have to wait for Fiverr on this one.
  21. No There are many other things, including the private and public reviews left by customers, also your prices and how many sales you generate. As others said, it might happen in a month, a year, a decade or never. I was TRS, I lost it due to health issues and canceling orders because of that, and I never got it back. So it's safe to say it can easily come and go. Focus on delivering the best service and eventually it will arrive. If not, then it is what it is.
  22. I think I speak for a lot of people here, I enjoy videogames, playing but also dabbling into modding when I can.
