  1. You're probably offering something against the TOS , for more info you can contact support
  2. the only way of resolving this without affecting your account is to ask support to cancel the order without affecting your stats , you will lose the money though , other than that is work on what the buyer said and risk to get a bad review ... in this case if he has bad intentions and knows how the system works he might leave a 1 star review and even cancel the order after that , he can do a chargeback .. it happened many times .
  3. I highly doubt that a top rated seller would do that with the risk of getting in trouble , are you sure that's the case ? Have you checked the order ? did the order got marked as complete ? Did you actually placed an order ? If you placed an order you can find previous orders in your shopping menu.. at the moment there isn't anything clear about what you wrote above.
  4. not common at all , never happened to me and I would refuse if someone would ask that , we already pay 20% to Fiverr , i'd avoid those kind of buyers
  5. What's surprisingly about this ? Surely you can't expect them to accept the order in the name of your buyer... When dealing with unreasonable clients that would be the best way to go , support did the right thing , they just told you how to avoid a bad review plus they would cancel the order without affecting your account since the buyer is not following what you initially agreed , yes you will lose the money but that's ok on the long run , we all work with those kind of ' bad ' buyer , it's part of the job in the end. Completely normal again , there's no point of redelivering the same thing all over again .. going back to what I wrote above , asking support to cancel the order without affecting your account would've saved you from unnecessary issues that could've been avoided
  6. I was just telling you above... you said that you already contacted support , you can ask support to do that. '' Second mistake ... '' As I have said multiple times , You need extra work done you need to pay for it. You are NOT going to bully me in to doing free work for you. do you understand me friend ' '' I would also want to cancel the order as a buyer if someone would send me such aggressive messages
  7. This jumped straight into my eyes ... with unlimited revisions you will be stuck with 'lifetime friends' here on fiverr , don't do this in the future Well there's no solution in this case , all you can do is ask them to cancel the order without affecting your account , it's not CS fault that your buyer went rogue ... This is only if you want to cancel the order ... In all cases support won't be able to ' accept ' the delivery on behalf of your buyer . Also don't redeliver the files without an actual revision , delivering the same files over again in case he's requesting revisions might result in a warning from CS at some point .
  8. No , not a solution , I received a warning because of this in the past. What order are you talking about , you don't have any gigs.... ?!
  9. at the moment such option does not exist , in addition to what the previous users said , the only way to have a different username is by deactivating your current account and creating a new one
  10. You did the right thing , stop talking with him , block him even if he makes 100 account ( multiple accounts are agains the tos as someone said above as well ) and that's all , if he tries again , report / contact support again . That's all,you can discuss with support about this as many times it's necessary
  11. yes sure, why not ... you got paid . It's completely up to the buyer is he leaves a review or not , not all of the buyers like to leave reviews .
  12. yes perhaps 2-3 out of 10 might read them... to be honest if some of them are not even bothering to read a basic description of the gig I highly doubt that they will read reviews
  13. it's not that important , I doubt that most buyers even read reviews , also he might just copy / pasted that review from somewhere or it's something that he uses and forgot to change the name , it's a 5 star review so don't think about it too much
  14. well this wasn't very necessary ... I assume that most buyers would get upset if this happened to them ... A simply ' unfortunately I can't help with the other requests ' would've been enough in my opinion
  15. I think your are a bit confused here ... these actions are taken as a counter measure for the initial actions taken by the russian government ... not sure why you think Fiverr's actions are 'disgusting' when this should be directed to those who started this in the first place.
  16. Best thing to do at the moment is to contact support and ask them about it
  17. This doesn't really mean much , it means that they were not caught yet , just to be safe simply remove anything related to academic work and you should be fine . it's not . There are thousands of gigs on Fiverr , no one has time to check all of them , eventually those who break the rules are caught , it's not something instant Also this is something automatic , no one gives that badge after checking the gig , it's based on hidden metrics / reviews and so on
  18. What does this has to do with the ' perfect ' logo ? ( What does a perfect logo mean anyway ? )
