I don't have cancelled orders in the past 3-4 months .. we'll see now once the buyers will know about this , from 10 buyers I assume there will be 1 or 2 who is going to think that it would be great to take my services for free and I am 100% sure I will receive messages like ' i will leave a 5 star review if you cancel the order '
  3. This opens new paths for abusive buyers , so what If I only offer 1 revision / order or no revision as well... Who is going to say no to revisions when the buyer can cancel the order, can get his money back, can take the delivered files for free and still leave a 1 star review

  13. Those are spam messages, we cleaned them up. From time to time the forum is flooded with all kinds of spam. Never contact those guys because usually all kinds of fraud are involved.

  15. Most likely yes after a period of time. You can also rely for a period on repeat buyers perhaps ( if possible )
  16. I don't think so, I am constantly getting that 'Fiverr's Choice' Badge for multiple gigs, I don't think that I have a problem with negative feedback from new customers.. my SM confirmed that as well. My time is too precious to charge less, also experience usually pays off.
  17. I might be wrong but it seems that the repeat buyer metric/feature or whatever that is might have an impact.. As soon as I reached 95/100 yesterday I started to get more impressions and around 8 orders ... might be just a coincidence but I doubt it. In all cases, it's not entirely fair... Obviously, someone with much lower prices has more chances to have repeat buyers than someone with higher prices.

  19. This doesn't really matter today... Your gigs went to the last page because you probably received poor private feedback from your customers. There's not much that you can do at the moment... just deliver quality work when you have orders in and hopefully your buyer satisfaction metric ( which is hidden by the way ) will improve over time.
