I understand what you are saying and you are partially correct but a few weeks ago every gig was changing when you refreshed the page, now everything is in the same place no matter what you do. If you use incognito mode yes there are different results however if you try to refresh the page there... nothing changes again

Another thing someone mentioned somewhere else... when you search your gig in your category, a few days/weeks ago the gigs were not in the same place as they are now, the search engine was more dynamic and it seems that now everything is static.. when you refresh the page in a category the gigs don't move at all, they are always in the same place

No, only once at top of our conversation but on the promoted gigs page it shows up as 3 orders

I don't believe so.. I had a single buyer from promoted gigs in March and after the first order he asked for a custom quote... and I sent it.. same after the second order and on my promoted gigs page I see that I have 3 orders from that gig... not only 1 as it should be.. It clearly says 3 orders.

mine was a bit better, spent around 50$ and I only got one client that bought 3 gigs, usually I get 5-10 new clients/month from promoted gigs ... this month just 1 buyer

I was talking with someone about this, promoted gigs is very slow at the moment, I barely get clicks ... even though I have 6 recommended gigs there

it's possible but it wouldn't help me much, at the moment I think that Fiverr is not working as it should and something is messed up, hopefully it will be back to normal soon.

After discussing with my SM, he assured me that it has nothing to do with first time buyers leaving a private review or not, he clearly stated that all the feedback, private our public count the same ... Now not sure what to belive.

So any changes after that update from a few days ago? To me it's worse, I am not getting even spam messages 😄 , I had 2 repeat buyers but that's all, nothing from new users

hm I had a cancellation from a new buyer as well now that I think about it... a month ago however he wasn't really following what we initially discussed so I asked support to cancel the order and they did that without affecting my account, could still be the problem though.

I know you're Alex 😄 we're many... Are we all having bad reviews from first buyers lately? I don't think it's the case ... it seems to be happening to too many people at once. I just had a notification about scheduled maintenance on the 26th.. maybe it has something to do with that as well.

Not sure what's happening, honestly this month has been a disaster, I doubt that this has anything to do with my buyer satisfaction metric because I have 6 recommended gigs when I look at my promoted gigs feature... usually if there's something wrong with that metric I don't have recommended gigs there... or I don't have the promoted gigs feature at all.

' , some images generated by AI have even watermarks in them.. Doesn't that mean that you actually don't own the images ' created ' by AI? Also, there are many images displayed in some seller's portfolios..generated by AI for instance of the Mona Lisa doing different things... Is really a Mona Lisa image allowed to be used just like that as if it's the seller the one who created it? ''🙂 I was curious to have an answer to this but .. maybe next time.

This is probably not possible while using AI , I wouldn't use anything generated by AI for my gigs, I think it's a great way to get banned eventually if someone reports you for who knows what

nothing happens , the buyer can chose to work with someone that uses AI or with someone that doesn't . Personally I wouldn't buy anything that's made with AI but we are all free to choose ... for now

Fiverr has made an excellent step introducing AI ' artists ' , that way 'Ai artists' can be differentiated from real designers for instance. 🙂 I think that it's important for the buyer to know if they are working with someone that uses AI or with someone that creates things on his own. Also the AI thing gives you only a picture... most of the times a picture as a jpg file is not usable without an actual source file so In many cases the buyer will end up with something that he won't be able to fully use . Not to mention that when you generate those images you also end up with 'watermarks' in them , I saw this happen multiple times , the images had 'shutterstock' written in them in parts of the image, surely that's not a 100% ethical way of using others files right ? The watermarks can be removed but that means that the images are made from copyrighted images There should be limits as well, does the picture in my attachment seems ok to be used in your opinion ?

You won't get this solved on the forum, you can ask for other clarifications from support perhaps they can tell you which is the 'other account' , it might worth a shot.. Maybe you don't remember creating a new account at some point ,Would that be possible?

They might be right , this can result from using the same paypal address for multiple accounts / creating multiple accounts from the same IP / logging in from the same pc where someone else logged in previously.

You might have violated some rule that you didn't know about perhaps , just wait for customer support to respond and they will let you know . If it's an error they will fix things.

Never do this , even if your buyer gave you a bad review for whatever reason , you shouldn't discuss it with him since it may result in a warning. Only one thing , move on ! ( I see that this was 8 month ago )

Just had one yesterday , my buyer kept saying that he likes a file, he even used the word ' perfect ' and thanked me :)) just to leave a 1 star review saying ' I think he is a scam ' 😄 Poor behavior overall but we can't do much about it.

I assume that you don't see 5000 logo gigs on your side... Tomorrow I will see all 300.000 I have checked multiple times
