  1. In general, I would say that this isn't safe if you want to keep your account. In theory, you can use the same internet connection on two accounts ( in case there are two legit accounts, each belonging to a different person ) as long as you are not selling the same services but if your account gets flagged for having multiple accounts it will be difficult to explain/solve this with support.
  2. Same here... it's been happening for a few days.
  3. If we are to believe what Fiverr says then it might be because other sellers in the same category are doing better 🙂 but everything is questionable here right now because of their lack of transparency ( although they claim the new system to be more transparent )
  4. very likely revision request and also extending the delivery time have an impact in that metric
  5. Well, this happened to me already around 2-3 years ago.... and I had more than 120 orders from the past 10 years without any kind of instructions, all of them were cancelled '' without affecting my account '' as they said.. Now I am wondering if my account is affected by those cancellations or not... Good point here
  6. It wouldn't bother me either if at least I could get a decent amount of sales If I wouldn't live in fear of getting banned because AI says so... if I wouldn't be penalized when the buyer decides to cancel orders because they ordered ' by mistake ' ... and many other things
  7. Well, no one really knows. I communicate in the same way when I deliver something for all of my gigs, nothing is changed in the way I discuss with my buyers but for some of the gigs I also have that negative impact when it comes to 'effective communication'
  8. that sounds absurd , they should actually tell you if you did something wrong @milos_siena can you look into it perhaps?
  9. what's your account flagged for exactly ?
  10. I don't even know why you continued to discuss with him, report him to CS, and block him.
  11. well in theory this is not allowed so your current account might get banned as well if you don't have permission from Fiverr to create a new account
  12. The update wouldn't be that bad if they would be much more transparent with it ... No one knows how the success score is calculated, My success score is 10 so I shouldn't complain too much right? Well the fact is that I don't know either if I am closer to 9 or if I am going to maintain that success score... and there are no clues in regards to this. There are also many inconsistencies when it comes to some factors indicated on each gig ... I have a negative metric or what it's called on a gig with only 2 cancellations in 3-4 years, cancellations that were made through support because the buyer sent wrong instructions or ordered by mistake... and for that specific gig I still get '' cancellations - strong negative impact '' for some reason. I talked with support and my SM about it and the answer was close to ' don't worry it won't have a big impact overall ' .. Now we can belive that it won't have a big impact or... we'll be shocked when the impact kicks in
  13. only one thing , block/report/move on
  14. right, the theory is always good but let's take your case for instance... you have 8 5 star reviews .. Imagine getting a few 3-4 star reviews and your visibility on the marketplace is completely gone without knowing if you'll ever make any other sale because of that ... Sure, let's wait 🙂 I am curious to see your opinion after this happens
  15. I don't know how it is but I noticed that no one responds after sending an offer for those briefs... I rarely get orders from briefs after sending a custom message related to the job... I usually get 1 or 2 orders from briefs each month and I respond almost instantly to every brief that I receive ( the ones that are legit at least )
  16. Well in theory most of the new gigs won't lower your success score because IN THEORY ( I repeat the in theory part because I don't know if we should trust what Fiverr says... giving the circumstances and the amount of issues that are currently happening here ... ) newer gigs with fewer reviews have a lower impact on the overall success score. I assume that it depends on the gigs and the category that they are in as well. For some reasons, I noticed that Fiverr is pushing AI gigs a lot in their algorithm. I am not a fan at all of anything that involves AI however I did a gig related to Midjourney and started to promote it.. In the first day, I got over 25 clicks on that gig... Of course 0 sales for now but For gigs that I have thousands of reviews I barely get any clicks these days. Most likely the AI **** is playing a bigger part in this equation.
  17. Unfortunately, what you see there it's not accurate at all. If you manually check the reviews given by the buyer you will see in some cases reviews lower than 5 stars even if you see '' Average rating given 5* '' .. I know it says Average however from 10 reviews if the buyer is giving 2-3 4 star reviews the average is not even close to 5 stars.. It should be around 4.7-4.8 reviews but I think that Fiverr is not showing the reality there even if you have seller plus. It's the same in the case of buyers with 'Average order price' above 100$ ... HOW can it be above 100$ when they bargain for services that are 25$ ...?
  18. yes.... 8 to be exact 🙃
  19. seems like you were spamming support .. simply open a single ticket and wait for them to respond , sending so many messages won't really help you with anything, it's no wonder they stopped responding
  20. I have a hunch that you also need a relatively constant high number of sales for a higher success score... just a thought.
