What percentage of your buyers leave you reviews?

The review for me. Left or not isn’t that big of a deal, as clients who don’t mark their orders as complete. Like if we’re done. Then… say so.

I think percentage of reviews directly affect to the algorithm. But I'm not clear and confirm how it working. 

Any way we can think if all happy / satisfied clients make reviews always

But what happen about negative  reviews is it better than clients without reviews

It depends on the the kind of work you deliver. If you deliver on time and you deliver quality work , you will get review from buyers.
