Hi, 

I have completed requirements for top rated badge but failed to get it in last evaluation. can you share some tips and tricks to get it?

Fiverr offers this badge manually. If you completed those requirements it's great, but the reality is that Fiverr staff manually decides if you become a TRS or not. That means you can become a TRS during the next evaluation, or you might never become one. There are thousands upon thousands of level 2 sellers that completed these requirements, but they never become a TRS.

You are right, but what makes them different from others to become TRS?

• My avg Selling price increase from 16$ to 48$
• reaped buyer secure near about 94 
• more than half order form old buyer 
• not cancel any order 
• almost all order get positive feedback
• client happy with service 

can anyone please guide me how to get top rated budge plus also derank account

You'll never get to be top rated while you write like that, I'm afraid. That's comically bad.

Top rated sellers typically speak much, much better English than you do. So you might want to work on your English.

(I realize it's also possible that you have posted from your phone and that your phone has a really bad auto-correct, but if that's the case, please check your post before you actually post it)
