Hello! Unfortunately, it is against our Terms of Service to start a new account after an old one gets disabled.

Well if your old Fiverr account has been permanently disabled, it's best to reach out to Fiverr's support team for guidance on creating a new account. They can provide you with the necessary steps to ensure compliance with their policies.

They'll literally guide you on how to create a new account, so yes you can 🙂
