I finished my buyers work. He changed the password of the admin and is now requesting to cancel order.

He is clearly trying to run away with your work while getting a refund, therefore not paying what he should pay you. I suggest you take screenshots and videos that prove you actually did the work. And then screenshots and videos that prove he is using your work.

Refuse the cancellation. If you delivered everything according to what your gig offers, you should say exactly that when refusing the cancellation. If he still cancels (buyers can cancel even 14 days after the order is complete and your funds are cleared), contact customer support and explain briefly the situation, and make clear you did just what the order offers and that the buyer is still using your work even after he cancelled. Attach the screenshots and videos that prove your claims.
