Am I allowed to message other fiverr sellers promoting my gig to them?

I have a gig where I make Gig Thumbnails for other fiverr sellers. Seeing as this is mainly targeting fiverr sellers, and not buyers, I think the best way to get business is find gigs with unappealing gig images and send the sellers a quick message about my gig. Sorta like being a door-to-door salesman. I'm wondering if this is against the terms of service.

You only message someone on Fiverr if you want to buy from them not the other way around.

I don't recommend inbox fellow seller and offering your services.

Fellow seller can mark your inbox as spam or even report you.

Plus, it makes you less professional --> Desperate for works --> Change are low they will accept your offer.

You can not sent message others seller first if you want to sell your service. Only will send message first buyer.
