Good day!

I’m very sorry to say that I would not accept the order you want because it’s on our policy that we should avoid content like the images you sent while ago. I hope you understand. Thank you.

Is this okay to reply like this to my client? O what would be other suggestions you can suggest? Thank you so much!

I would reach out to customer service for a cancelation instead of sending a message to the buyer. If he broke the TOS, the cancelation shouldn’t count against you.

Three quick thoughts.

  1. Is the picture truly pornographic or simply mature / artistic? There is a difference. Pornography is not allowed - mature / artistic is.
  1. If you cancel the order (because it is pornographic), do so through customer support to protect your stats. Don’t just cancel it yourself - this will affect you.

  2. If you tell your buyer you can’t edit the image because of “policy” - be confident the photo does breach policy. A buyer doesn’t have to agree to a cancellation - they can refuse, effectively forcing you to complete the order. If this happens you stand a good chance of annoying your buyer, and they could leave poor feedback. So again, be truly confident before messaging your buyer.

As far as the visual depiction goes, a somewhat risqué bikini is as far as you can go. Doesn’t matter the style, doesn’t matter you won’t find some raunchy stuff that wasn’t removed yet if you dig deep enough.

At the same time, when it’s in written form all kinds of nsfw is either allowed or technically not allowed but ignored for the time being.

I’d contact CS and ask them to cancel the order, OP. Be prepared that it’ll take some time for them to respond. I was sent pornography multiple times (as “reference images” for me to work with). The situation was dealt with swiftly every time.
