Not enough buyer request every day earned

Hello I am a regular seller on here,but not work yet.I face a problem that I couldn’t earn enough buyer request every day on my topic.
Give me some tips.
Also told me how can I improve my sell.

I promote my service on social media but some seller suggest not post every day.Thay told me if I do it then I going to spam
