  1. Got 99/100 Repeat business and this is exactly what I want to achieve. I believe to work long term with same clients and I called it success when You Got 2nd order from same client.
  2. What I do My client Send email in my inbox? Buyer give me contact information This is correct!??? ( Whenever the buyer gives you any contact information, Just remind the buyer that it is against the fiver TOS(Terms of service) to do that actions and communicate outside of fiverr platform. )
  3. So it's been a week since I started Fiverr and I'm getting impressions. So far no orders. Can anybody tell what's lacking in my gigs?
  4. Hello sellers,How are you? I hope you are all doing well. I feel pleasure that I have completed my another order. But I also have a matter of great regret that I have lost the position of my GIGS, because few days I got 03 star rating from one of my client due to misunderstanding between us. I posted it earlier in details. Now, Please suggest me How can I get back the position of my gig? Thanks in advance for your successful suggestions. Regards, Kawsir H.
  5. I joined Fiverr in 2012, when Fiverr was only 2 years old. It was instant success and my gigs sold more than pretty much any other gig in their category, becoming best selling gigs on the whole marketplace quickly and stood that way for many many years. As my service was pretty unique in focusing more on the quality part, when others were focusing on the quantities. I'm constantly being praised by buyers on how they enjoy my services and especially my communication skills, making lots of returning buyers. Fiverr also looked totally different back in the day! More simple, yet still powerful. I climbed to level 2 fast, but never have I been promoted to TRS, despite having excellent stats and getting 12,000+ positive reviews in my Fiverr journey so far, and not nearly every buyer bothers to even review despite returning again and again (Makes sense, as all I deliver is number graphs and not art for example). So there has been lots of sales! Naturally there were bumps in performance like for everyone. Sometimes impressions drop like crazy, but return back to normal. (Sometimes after a support ticket only) Except about 2 years ago or so, I noticed that impressions never returned to normal after dropping down, and I could notice that my gig was on the last page of search. Promoted gigs success! It lasted for some months, until my gig was eligible for the "Promoted gigs" feature. As soon as I enabled it, my gig jumped instantly to 1st page where it has been 8 years, and impressions returned to normal again, but the promoted gigs itself was saying only a small bit of the impressions were because of it. After a couple of weeks the gig was no longer eligible for it, and impresions dropped by about 98% again and I could again find my gig on the last page. After a couple of months, it was again eligible for the promoted gigs feature, and same happened again, but only for 1 week this time. Then again after perhaps 3 months, it was again eligible for it for about a week, returning impressions to normal again for that time. Since then my gigs have no longer been eligible for that feature, so has been about a year now or so. Since then also after I've contacted support about the issue, they no longer have been able to fix it, and only say that it's normal for impresions to drop like that, and not permanent. But as it has been a couple of years if ignoring promoted gigs, it does feel pretty permanent to me. Current situation All impressions still down, and gigs on last pages. Pretty much all sales I get these days are only from my own efforts, so I'm questioning why am I providing my services on Fiverr when all I get is a 20% seller fee on sales and tips and not much in return, other than to showcase my gig's long lasting quality. There are other alternatives that are more profitable, that I'm seriously starting to consider. I just have extremely high respect (Some of my old buyers are due to Fiverr showing my gig to them years ago) and hopes for Fiverr, as it has proven to been great before. But even my patience has a limit. I've also maintained perfect seller statistics for a long time, so it is a mystery. Feel free to ask if you have any questions as a newer seller! I see lots of misinformation being spread on this forum being by people who think they know something, when they don't. But I'm fairly confident I know pretty much everything there is to know about Fiverr (That is not a secret, like algorithms) and I'm happy to share my knowledge! ☺️ I also attached a stats graph of impression drops! It's not from this year though, but gives an idea how much the impressions can drop. I'm not attaching this year's impression graph, as its a static line for this year, 400-800 impressions per month, much like in the old graph shows, just without not the jump back to normal impressions.

  13. 1. First you have to go at the below link. https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new/gig 2. Then at " What can we help you with?" pull down menu select the below option. Gig 3. After that at What is the issue with your gig? pull down menu select the below option. My Gig doesn't appear in the search. 4. Then a menu bar will appear below and there you will get " Which Gig are you trying to locate?" Just select your Gig which you want to check. It will show that Your GIG status is : Active. If it shows otherwise, then just communicate with fiverr support team to make active your Gig.

  16. When I was a New Seller 1.5 years ago, I always wanted to be more organized. I do remember having an excel sheet and writing buyers, packages they were purchasing, and most importantly, Gig Extras they were interested the most. I did have some formulas within an excel (semi-automatic), which helped me to easily calculate percentage of how many buyers purchase which tiers and extras. That way, I balanced my prices to earn as much as I can with less risk of losing earnings. However, I scraped this idea after half a year of working on Fiverr because of how busy I become and I didn't have enough time to keep the excel document up to date, so I no longer do that. I decided to delete it after some time. Just a brief story how I handled things back then that helped me succeed and reach higher levels quite fast. Not going to lie, I would love something like this to be automated and integrated within Fiverr's Analytics page, I think that'd be a win-win for both Fiverr and sellers to potentially optimize their prices without doing too much work. I would love to hear some stories from other sellers that did anything else in the past but now they don't. This doesn't have to be strategies, but any fun stories, other things as well!
  17. Completed first work successfully .Thanks for every ones support. Thank you!

  19. Hey everyone, I am Vikas Swami, a freelance graphic designer or commercial artist, whatever you call, and I love to design the brand identity for all types of businesses. When a person is on their initial stage of career-building, they face a hard nut to crack, which is "What is my actual talent?" or "What I love to do in my life?" but that was just a game for me. At an early age in my childhood, I love to do experiments with all kinds of work that I saw in my day-to-day life, and then I found which one is more enjoyable and which one is less. Wait... I'll cover that talent-finding story some other day. Let me directed you towards my Fiverr success journey: Back in my college days, when I was 19 years old, I enjoyed doing experiments with all types of graphic elements, from typography to shapes, from colors to sections, and so on. I focused on the journey, not the destination, and I was so into it that I lost track of time. At that time, I've used so many freelancing platforms to understand the graphic designing needs in the market but never tried Fiverr in the initial days. I've continued my experiment without even thinking about $$$, and I start getting projects from all around the world. Those days some businesses were lacking in their branding, and their designing vision was not to the standard that I set at that time. I was a beginner and unable to educate my clients regarding this, and I thought this was not freedom for an artist. In August 2015, I switched to Fiverr, and I created my first gig with the hope that I will get great clients here. When I started, I struggled a lot, but I was so curious about their algorithm that I started experimenting with my gigs, and I don't know how their algorithm got what I WANT. Just after three months of this, I was not only getting great clients but managed to take my gig from last to some starting page results. Day by day, year by year, I was improving a lot and getting all types of level badges like level 1, level 2, and the most awaited 'TRS' in February 2019. Overnight success is a myth, and it takes a lot of time and effort to accomplish your goal. You can be lucky here, but you have to have consistency in your work for long-term survival on any platform. Success, in other words, just a journey for me, not the destination. By loving the process, you can also be successful, just like me. So, if you are a new seller and very passionate about your profession, then start your journey today without any overthinking. If you are an old seller and still struggling a lot, then I'd say loving the process, but in the right direction. I know only loving the process will not pay your bills, but if you do it in the right direction, then very near in the future, you'll get what you want. Now, what is the right direction? Well, it can be different from person to person, and just a few hows and whys can give you more clarity about YOUR right direction. Thanks for reading this whole story about my journey. Stay Healthy, Stay Creative 🙂 Vikas
