This is what I said that improve your gig galleries means change the gig images in both of your gigs. They are not attractive enough to grab buyer's attention. For now, work on the current gigs and make them more stand out. For this purpose, do research on Fiverr first regarding your niche.

That buyer was somewhat not satisfied with your services and had to hire another seller to complete his project. Also, he might have left you a negative private review that has resulted in decreasing your impressions day by day and your gig has been either removed temporarily or has been pushed back in the search results. Your Performance Score and BSR have been dropped as well. It will take 3-6 months to get recovered from the effect of those reviews So you need to improve your services i.e. deliver quality services/work. Improve your gig galleries as well.

May be because of your 4* review which you received 2 months ago, your gig has been pushed back in the search results or temporarily removed from the search results. Another possibility is that buyer might have given you a negative private review (even he has given you a positive review publicly). Your BSR might have been dropped too. You don't have to contact Fiverr Support for this purpose. If you can improve your gig galleries then do it. Also, do research on Fiverr regarding your niche.

Impressions and clicks are dropping because your gigs are pushed back in the search results because of your poor performance. You are recommended to improve your services and deliver quality work.

Therefore, your BSR and Performance Scores have been dropped and your gigs are pushed back in the search results (other sellers are performing better than you). Honestly, no one in the Forum can help you with it. Only Fiverr Support can help you. But they must have sent you an email regarding it. What does it say? Like have they said that they will notify you after 60 or 90 days about the decision?

If your client's company is not in Fiverr's system then you cannot do anything. Also, if you have no idea about their company name, then you can ask buyer for the information like explain them first that you have got an opportunity to add your top clients so I would like to add your company in the list. If they allow you to add it, then request them for the info like Company Name and Company Website (nothing more than that).. Afterwards, add their Fiverr Order IDs/Links if they have placed their orders to you.

If you have completed the requirements to become a TRS then it does not mean that you will become TRS right away. TRS is usually hand-picked by Fiverr and it involves a lot of things to be considered apart from those requirements. Other parameters involves BSR, Performance Scores etc. So don't focus on it that when will you become a TRS. Instead, you should focus on keep completing the orders and delivering quality services. I'll encourage you to not guide others yet because you have no experience on Fiverr since August 2023. Try to focus on your gigs and getting orders as well. After getting experience, you can guide and share your experience with others. 🙏

Better to contact Fiverr Support regarding it. Else, your 2nd account will also be banned because to create a 2nd account is a violation of TOS. For 2nd account, you should get the permission from Fiverr Support or discuss with them first. Chances are high that they won't agree.
