  1. You don't have to be online all the time. The important thing is to answer in 24 hours. You can have time for rest, sleep, do other things and still manage to reply. Here are some samples and solutions related to this subject: https://help.fiverr.com/hc/en-us/articles/360011451678-Everything-you-need-to-know-about-response-time-rate
  2. Yes it seems you are right. It would be better if he points that it would be nice to leave a review since the buyer is a returning customer, and would like to here his impressions.
  3. This article sums up everything about Fiverr Pro feature: https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/get-know-fiverr-pro-what-why-matters-kerete-aniekan
  4. Just be patient. You have great stats. 4 more orders and you'll level up. You might want to add a better profile picture.
  5. Well I guess that's polite and no too much pushy. You didn't ask for a positive review, that's important.
  6. Your inbox response time is 78%, which is pretty low. You need to respond within 24 hours. Do you mean that you got 3 orders or 3 matches? Anyway, these first chances should be taken, I can't guarantee you when will you get the next ones. Good luck.
  7. It's okay to promote your gigs outside Fiverr and bring potential buyers. But this user needs to create an account on our platform. I assume that your conversation from the start was outside Fiverr since he hasn't got an account. That is okay if he creates a profile and orders from you. Just have in mind not to take the Fiverr buyers off Fiverr.
  8. You can find info about Promoted Gigs here https://www.fiverr.com/pages/promoted-gigs?
  9. Try to look at the buyer's reviews and the sellers they worked with. Also, you can chat about the details of the order and analyze what/how a buyer responds. Don't offer unlimited revisions, that will attract them. Sometimes they will ask you for off fiverr contact or that you first send some money to them/their website.
  10. I have checked and your linked Payoneer account has been in pending approval status for 5 days now. Send another ticked to CS, this time inform them that you did attach, but it isn't confirmed for several days (if your question is precise, you won't get a generic answer from CS).
  11. You're a new user. It's a big no-no to start communicating on the forum or filling your profile with AI help. From the start, you give buyers a signal that: 1) you, kind of, cheat, or at least you use copy/paste to the rescue even from the start of your journey 2) probably your level of English is low I hope you will understand that it's important to be original and honest, like in every business. I wish you good luck.
  12. Here's all the info you need about how the W-9 procedure works. https://help.fiverr.com/hc/en-us/articles/360011135837-W-9-Collection
  13. You can always contact support@fiverr.com, but they are overwhelmed with these reports, so it's best just to ignore/block them.
  14. You can find a lot of useful content here. My favourite post about the seller's improvement is this one: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/282146-how-to-be-successful-on-fiverr-common-questions-answered-and-a-collection-of-great-posts-that-helped-me-achieve-trs/
  15. It's up to the algorithm to match you with a buyer or not. You'll get briefs after some high-quality work done since the algorithm tends to connect buyers with experienced sellers. It's a different strategy than it was with buyer requests.
  16. I think that everything is okay with your gig. Maybe that "stop right here" is a little too much to be said. I do not doubt that you will have success with your new gig like you had with your previous work. Good luck.
  17. Promote your gigs anywhere you think it's suitable. Social media, viral websites, forums... If you have clicks but no orders, the cause might be that when a buyer takes a closer look at your profile/gigs, he decides not to order. But he was interested at first. Edit your gigs and profile, place more attractive pictures, write a better resume, rethink about gig prices.. So you have a good start - impressions and clicks, one more step to go 👏
  18. Yes of course. Those tools you use for work are allowed. I meant to say that extensions that boost seller's impressions, clicks, online status etc. are not allowed. Maybe I am wrong, but I think that the OP's question was about that. Since this question was asked numerous times.
  19. Forum staff can't do CS jobs. However, we can provide you with some info so you can understand where you did wrong. You were right when you said it has something to do with doing homework or any school work/project for someone. There were 2 conversations where you agreed to do a task in Java. I hope that CS will understand your overall situation, but I cannot guarantee that they will unrestrict your account. Good luck.
  20. Buyers want quality work. That is the most important thing they look for. If they find someone who they think is a good seller, they won't mind if he answers them, for example, after 8 hours, because he slept. This extension you mention, and similar, are not allowed. Don't follow advice from these YouTube cheaters. Good luck with your future work.
  21. There are, but you are not allowed to use external tools.
  22. I am not sure what you mean by "new seller ID"? Do you want to change your user ID? Or gig ID. You can't change them. All of your gigs are in draft status. You don't have a picture in most of them. You haven't pushed them yet. I don't think there'll be a problem when you push/publish.
  23. If you have clicks, but no orders, it could be due to your profile being 3 years old with no sales. You started to be active a month ago with your new gigs, but buyers can only see how old is your profile. And your gigs are very similar. You might want to reconsider deleting your acc and creating a new one.
  24. I couldn't find any Fiverr feature that allows this, so it has something to do with your Windows, probably Windows narrator. You can turn that off by typing windows key+ctrl+enter at the same time.
