  1. There was a copyright problem with your gig. Unfortunately, customer support can't change this decision. I see that you made another profile which is not allowed. I would advise you to delete all your accounts and open a new one, but you need to pay attention when creating a gig - you can read this article about copyright: https://help-pro.fiverr.com/hc/en-us/articles/16194127561745-Copyright-and-Intellectual-Property-Rights-
  2. Well, you started selling recently, so I guess it will continue. You broke the ice. The last three pictures don't show the before-after state. You might want to edit that. Increase your prices.
  3. No probs. Your reply was spot on 😀.
  4. It's the same. If the buyer accepted the extension, then you have the new due date (60 days if you asked for that). If you exceed that, you're late, and after 24h you are very late and the buyer can cancel the order, your rate is affected etc.
  5. Just wanted to add that otherwise it would be odd if a user could remove the warning placed by Fiverr staff (or with the help of some kind of software). Would make the whole control system absurd. The OP made a bit confusing post, but I guess he meant to ask something like - how can I appeal a warning.
  6. I would suggest you to open a second gig and mention writing essays and project writing in the title. These are much more complex and needed jobs than translation (which can be done nowadays with many other methods). You might get higher impressions with this kind of gig title.
  7. Very late order is when it has been more than 24 hours since the delivery due date. Then the buyer, not the seller, can cancel the order. And it will impact the seller's completion rate.
  8. I can't say it's harmful, but these types of extensions are not allowed. It's a sort of gaming the system, i.e. you sleep, but for buyers, you are online. Not very fair towards other sellers. And at the end, buyers want quality work rather than just finding a seller who is online.
  9. Ask him politely about a review, but don't force things and insist on a positive review. Keep in mind that "Both buyers and sellers have up to 14 days to provide a review. Exclusively only for orders under the Programming & Tech, Certified, or SEO categories, the timeframe is 30 days from the order completion to leave a review and rating" (Fiverr help article).
  10. You might want to remove that label about "money back..". It can only bring suspicion. Buyers are already protected on our platform and have a way to get their money back if not satisfied.
  11. You sent 2 videos first, but then after revision you sent this revised video ? It should be ok, and the buyer will get both. You may ask him also.
  12. Please read this, it's a topic about the same problem https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/319162-fiverr-account-deranking-while-obtaining-level-1-seller/
  13. Our algorithm takes many factors into account, which means the results vary by user. Since the marketplace is ever-changing and competitive, we suggest working hard to ensure that your Gigs stand out. There are some great threads from the Fiverr community and Fiverr employees on the forum that we recommend you read: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/297408-using-titles-tags-and-metadata-to-optimize-your-gigs
  14. Is that document neccesary for your work? What is the url/extension of the file ?
  15. It appears in the video that you are reading. Might be something that buyers won't like.
  16. I tried it now on my phone, and you're right, it doesn't work. I will check with the admins and get back to you. In the meantime, you can upload your image on web, copy the given url and then click on "other media" and choose "insert image from URL".

  18. Yes there is a problem with your account. It has a certain label (not sure why because your performance is great), but I am not allowed to give you details here. Please contact support@fiverr.com and ask them for details, I think that that is causing your ranking to fall.
  19. It's ok except for the second picture. It's blurry, unclear.
  20. You could remove the last picture. The second one is the same, but it shows the whole content. 10 bucks price with unlimited revisions, it might not be the best combination.
  21. Could be. I wish you luck, but you have 2 identical gigs (it's unnecessary) and gig pictures are very generic. You might want to reconsider some editing. Cheers.
  22. I don't see any active gigs on your profile. And no communication with Fiverr support. Do you have maybe 2 profiles ?
  23. Could you provide us a screenshot of the page that you're stuck on?
  24. It was probably a copyright problem. But as I see now, your gig is approved. Which is strange since you didn't open a ticket. Anyway, I think the problem is solved now. Feel free to post again if you still have issues.
