  7. This is very true. I would only add to your no. 10 that although the Fiverr mechanism of "punishing" sellers with losing rank might seem unfair from case to case, it is never intensional. The system itself just isn't perfect, which is understandable.

  12. The only allowed way to communicate is through Fiverr. Telegram is a place for all kinds of scams. Probably worse than any other social network. You're safe with Fiverr and the real buyers will have no problem communicating on Fiverr.

  17. Besides from these reviews that @smartdezigns mentioned, you have some more negative labels on your profile. It could be all due to reviews and the problem you had with customer support. It can be unfair, I know. You just need time, and I wouldn't say that you have no sales - you have about 10 orders per month in the last several months.

  22. All of this happened after the warning you got at the end of August. There are some more "bad" labels on your profile, but I guess it is all because of that warning. I am not allowed to share details here. I think that things will get better, you are probably tested a little bit in this period. Your overall stats are great, don't worry, just keep up the good work. It's just a matter of time before you start receiving more orders.
  23. Hi, I see that you got some response from customer support. It might seem a generic response, but I can assure you that you don't have any bugs, penalties etc. The only thing I see is that your On time delivery rate fell below 90% (I don't know at what exact moment). It might be a reason for no orders in this month, but I see 10 orders from November, so that's okay I guess. Even more orders in previous months.
