You had 2 accounts. The other one is almost 3 years old and you made some money. This one "yehiaidlbi" was made 2 months ago. You shouldn't have created 2. Also, your location is Germany in the old one, and Romania in the new one. You have loggings from US. Can you explain this please ?

The CS could ban his IP since he doesn't come from countries where numerous households share the same IP. Then again, he can change the IP/use VPN. They can ban his PayPal mail or credit card, he will get tired of changing payment methods.

You have scammers, you have people who just copy/paste gig content from others. In this situation, you can expect that your luck with impressions and clicks can vary. Try to look different from the majority, provide services where there isn't a large competition, and don't sell your work for ridiculously low prices.
