    I don’t think the score should even be there for categories like Logo design or Web design. No one ever woke up thinking that it’s a great idea to re order their new logo or create a new website every month.

    Look, you are running the business and it on you to resolve such situations. If the client is unhappy and you can resolve a situation with getting paid and getting great review then it’s great. If you can’t then as any business you need to account for any losses would that be a bad review or cancellation. it’s your business and fiverr doesn’t have to compensate you from their pocket.

    No one knows that. fiverr doesn't disclose how their algorithm works. The only point that fiverr is sharing is your performance. And anyone telling you "follow this 10 bullet points" or "follow these 3 tips and tricks" are lying to you. and I would really question any of those advices. So I'll just leave it with you.

    Anyone who is writing or telling you that they know how to rank your gig ARE LYING TO YOU. I would suggest not to trust anyone who is saying “rank your gig in this 10 tips”. Fiverr doesn’t disclose how their algorithm works and therefore anyone who says otherwise is lying to you.

    Never heard or saw those maintenances. It does happen but veeeeery rare and it’s the whole website that is down but it doesn’t affect search algorithm. Unfortunately this happens and not only in fiverr, less/more clients, less or more exposure from fiverr, less or more advertising from fiverr etc. Search results are not static and if last year you were shown more it might happen that this year there are other sellers that are performing better than you and fiverr is giving them priority spot over yours.

    You will need to check your country’s legislation however for banks you need to have a business or be registered as a freelancer and pay taxes to show legitimate income. just fiverr page will not work as that is not a legitimate paper. You register yourself as a sole trader or a limited company, then you submit your taxes and your income, and from there you can generate a paper of your earnings.

    Thanks for looking for it and sharing it with us @irshan_cool! as I suspected it’s a standard message from CS and it only says that there are things to learn on the forum 😉 and that’s true, there are a lot of insights and news that you can find and learn of fiverr forum but it still doesn’t affect your gigs. Forum is primarily for learning, sharing thoughts and knowledges, participating in community etc.

    Can you please show us a screenshot where fiverr CS said that participating in forum is beneficial for your gigs? you can find all your tickets that you ever created in the tickets sections where you submit your tickets to CS and from there you can find a ticket that you are referring to
