  1. Yes practice reading and comprehending the conversation that is going on. Also, spamming is prohibited, and you may want to improve your English skills.
  2. Yeah, cause I don't offer the ability to say "I don't like it" and get the work for free. They need to explain. @mjensen415 can we get some clarity please?
  3. Not sure whether Fiverr is talking about spending their money on refunds or ours.
  4. Amazing the denial and avoidance. Never do they even discuss the product quality. Now lousy reviews are a mistake. Bollocks off the chart...
  5. Wrong. It is not allowed. Fiverr does not want you taking up space on their site, eating bandwidth to give free services away which make them no money. Please don't offer nonsense answers, it helps no one.
  6. Excellent points all around. And I'm glad someone else finally posted the above. @mjensen415 @frank_d is there any chance that Adam could be convinced that people who put text through an AI speech generator should have an entire category to themselves, as they are clearly not providing Voice Overs. This is equivalent to letting someone who edits articles claim that they authored them. Beyond that, fraudsters like this clearly need to be chased off, but since that seems unlikely until Elon buys Fiverr, can't we at least prevent them from clogging up the works where actual voice over artists are trying to work? Andy, you continually keep adding more logs to my fire of "we need a paywall to sell, and we need it now." Not sure how you feel about that, but you surely give me even more ammo on this.
  7. This you? Why are you giving advice, especially when it is nonsense?
  8. Translation. I can't get sales, so the system is flawed, not my product.
  9. I don't see that. 30 less this morning. Anyone else?
  10. It appears that Fiverr is purging gigs that are either old, non billing or otherwise dead wood. Just a year ago I recall posts where we were discussing how the pandemic caused a flood of sellers, ballooning the Voice Over vertical to 25,000 gigs. I just happened to look and discovered that there are fewer than half that now. Great start. Keep it up please!
  11. This thread demonstrates exactly why VO artists should price themselves high enough to insure that they only work with pro buyers who understand how the business works and expect to pay the usual and standard clearance fees for usage. Life is too short to deal with people that have such strong opinions on topics of which they are absolutely ignorant. Work for peanuts, deal with monkeys.
  12. Would you prefer "Low quality seller"? Since one has to deliver late, get bad reviews, cancel too many orders or not respond to buyers in a timely manner to get demoted, it seems they are being kind with that euphemism. Slowing sales reduces your visibility, but it does not get you demoted. You have to earn that.
  13. Learn the name of the platform you are selling on. There's some free advice.
  14. Especially when one has zero gigs on offer. You cannot make this stuff up.
  15. Essentially yes. I love the conclusion that the system is "broken" because it does not benefit me. OMG, No consideration as to product quality. Just where's my handout?
  16. I am not sure what part of this thread is the most entertaining. The ham headed, "I want what I want" tantrum which ignores reality. The lousy advice that assures such wishes will be granted, or the general lack of awareness that pining for the return of BR is not a good look as it is literally endorsing and wishing for the continuation of the "race to the bottom."
  17. Good morning Zeus. Scratch your cat behind the ears for me. Here, it's Suntory time.
  18. Why would you offer this or any other advice when you have been on the site for 4 months with zero sales?
  19. Probably true, but with millions of users, if you are the only one with that search term then it cannot be the least bit relevant. For example, in my vertical the cat is out of the bag about using "voice over" as a search term.
