  1. This has existed for over two years. Keep in mind you have to pay 'interest' on the loan.
  2. Review their instructions and any files they sent. Then, I click my auto 'thanks for the order' message and add anything (questions, specific information, etc.) to it. Then, I put the job on my schedule and carry on working.
  3. If you delivered the order, there's no need to do anything. The order will automatically complete. You could send them a message on the order thanking them and reminding them you'll revise if they need it (if you offer revisions), but you should do that kind of thing when you send the delivery. There's no need to do anything now. I really don't understand comments about resolution center, etc. The order is delivered and done. What is there to resolve?
  4. Absolutely not. There should be more quality controls around here, not fewer. I know how frustrating it is to wait for TRS; I had to wait quite a while myself. The platform and buyer benefit when they truly have quality service providers at the top level, and that helps all of us.
  5. I never quite understand how people can have one-hour response time averages unless they never sleep or, I suppose, if they only get one contact a week and it happens to come during the day. Mine is always longer and I very rarely have a potential buyer tell me they went with someone else who was available more quickly... like maybe once per year. Sleep is good. It's healthy. Everyone should have the opportunity to sleep a reasonable amount with it causing huge stress. Just answer as soon as you're able to and relax.
  6. PLEASE do not do this. It's against the rules to contact people here for reasons other than ordering services. Plus, top-rated sellers aren't here to teach you how to run your business (unless they offer those services, of course!) You are allowed to have multiple skills and offer them all on Fiverr. Also, listen to Breals.
  7. An 'incomplete' order that hasn't started can sit on your dashboard forever. I've had some languishing for 2+ years in the past. CS told me that I'd have to request cancellation and it should not count against my order completion percentage. If it did for some reason, just contact them and they'd take care of it. The 'Request to Order' feature Visualstudios is talking about is a Seller Plus feature you can turn on and off at will.
  8. You absolutely are. You can leave negative reviews, feedback, and low ratings for the sellers or buyers you interact with through orders. Same as Amazon (although the comparison is a bit wild as they're very different types of platforms.)
  9. Some people just like to be mean. There's no professional reason to insult you even if they thought another singer sounded better. I know it does sting when it happens. You already know you have what it takes! Deep breath and carry on.
  10. Where do the people who would want to pay for your services look for service providers? The answer to this question is different for everyone. Research your market.
  11. Probably put it toward groceries or something similarly mundane. It was 10 years ago and was $4, I suppose, for the first order.
  12. In the US, if this was a public federal government website, this might make sense. I'm not up on the freedom of speech laws of other countries. There is no 'freedom of speech' that governs what private companies allow on their platforms. Every single website you go to that allows posting has rules about what people can and cannot post.
  13. I'm not a Fiverr employee. If your forum post mentioned the user by name, that's why it was deleted. That's against forum rules. Customer service people don't hang out on the forum, so you'll have to wait for you ticket response.
  14. When buyer have used the revision system to get more time in the past, I gave them 48 hours (perhaps a bit longer if it's Sunday or a holiday) and then redeliver and ask for any revision requests. I offer one revision, however. If you do not, you may tell them what you charge for revisions at that time, I suppose.
  15. Work on off-Fiverr projects. Learn something new about marketing. Read or re-read Fiverr news/announcements and check out the top seller posts on the forum. Brainstorm new gig or service ideas and research marketability vs. feasibility of adding them to my repertoire. Have some tea and relax for a minute.
  16. How could you do that? I mean... why would Fiverr let you post things from another competing platform here? No.
  17. With autonomy comes responsibility. It's simple to have a regular job. You show up on schedule, do the assigned work, leave again, and the pay comes in regularly and reliably. Freelancing or running your own business requires, I believe, a lot more work and strategizing, especially at the beginning. I've been doing this for 20+ years and have earned more freedom over time. I do not work only on platforms. I personally don't think it's a good idea to focus on them for the long-term. Diversification leads to more freedom. Enjoying it? I think the type of people who are able to succeed with self-employment enjoy the autonomy itself. At this point, I have time and income to pursue more interesting things, too.
  18. This is a really normal occurrence. You don't need to reach out to the buyer afterward and, in fact, it could be perceived negatively if you do it too much. Auto-completion doesn't hurt your account at all. It's unfortunate not to get a review, but that's rather normal too.
  19. What are you doing to get sales? How many threads from top sellers and experts here have you read? (The ones from posters who actually have lots of sales, not the ones repeating 'stay online, social media' over and over again.) How much research have you done into your market, running a business, and building a brand?
  20. Like PLR (private label rights) videos where you sell the same pre-made video to multiple people (with perhaps a few changes). You can offer non-exclusive digital usage rights. I'd clearly explain to buyers what 'non-exclusive' means. People don't really understand that, I find. (I'm not a lawyer, so this is only based on my past experience and research.)
  21. The seller (I'm not sure if you are seller or buyer) can make a custom subscription order for multiple deliveries per week. There is no daily setting, but sellers can choose a higher number of orders. Another reasonable option is simply a custom order for the total number of videos the buyer wants delivered at once.
  22. I don't understand. If you are an expert in SEO and digital marketing, it should be super easy for you to build a business online and get orders.
  23. This is a huge topic that doesn't really suit the Fiverr forums. There are a LOT of author (and specifically children's book author) groups on social media and other writer-specific platforms. The email list refers to your own list or newsletter subscription that you build yourself. It really would make little sense to pay someone that much money to create one for you. It would undoubtedly be full of random people (or bots) that aren't part of your target audience. I'd recommend spending a lot of time researching writer promotion, author marketing, and things like that. There are many, many options... many of them free or quite low cost.
  24. If your gig is active, doesn't it make sense that your account must also be active? I can see your profile, so it appears you're active.
