My account has been flagged without any warnings or violations and the customer support is still saying that it is permenanetly disabled

Question

I have been a loyal user of the platform for 3 years. I have always maintained a consistent and accurate location profile and have never been associated with any account that has violated Fiverr's terms of service.

I understand the importance of maintaining accurate information and would never intentionally misrepresent my location. However, I believe the inconsistency may be due to the following reason:

Shared university laptops:
As a student at Uet taxila Pakistan, I sometimes use shared laptops in campus computer labs for my work. This might explain why my account my appear linked with other accounts that might link to fivers violation but this is only a probability i can understand why they did this

I also stated that  I am happy to provide any additional information or documentation you may require, including:

Proof of identity

Proof of location

Account history

but still the customer support gave the same ai genereated replies

@milos_siena I kindly request that you review my case with the utmost urgency and reinstate my account access as soon as possible. I rely on Fiverr for my livelihood and any delay in resolving this issue will cause significant hardship.

I look forward to your prompt response and a positive resolution to this matter.

The problem is that in these cases the support thinks there is enough evidence that at least 2 accounts are created from the same device. There were already these cases of sharing devices with friends etc.  It always ends the same.  If the support doesn't answer you anymore, it means the decision is final.

isn't there anything I can do about it? I have wroked very hard on this account and currently I am hopeless . Should I create a new account and start working on it or is it possible in the future to remove my account from flagged status
