Yes. You can reject buyer briefs. You should reject ones that are not suitable. The AI will learn and will provide you with better briefs.

No, you can only communicate on Fiverr.
Do not contact them through email or WhatsApp. It is probably a scam.
Real buyers communicate on fiverr and pay you on fiverr.
