response time When does the Response Time metric stop counting?

What local time does the response time metric stop counting? I get a ton of messages late in the evening, I can't be expected to be online 24/7 to answer these, I have a set 8 hours a day where I'm online (typically 9am - 5pm EST) and to get penalized for not answering at 9pm EST and later is ridiculous.

It never stops. Just keep your response time excellent during the day and get in the habit of messaging clients as early as possible in the morning and you are good to go!

You have 24h to reply messages of your new customers. None of us are online 24/7. When we are online, what we do usually on Fiverr is to communicate with customers and deliver projects.

On Fiverr, clients can be there from any time zone, install the Fiverr app on your mobile and try to respond as early as possible when you receive a notification.
