Only CS would know exactly why it was stopped, but my guess is that the buyer was a spammer. Did the buyer mention anything strange like an email address or phone number?

Yes, if the account's gone, they might have been a scammer, but there are other possible explanations. For example, the might have had to simply log off. We all have lives outside the internet, including sleep, work, errands, chores, etc. Another possibility is that they were in discussion with multiple Sellers and simply decided to go with someone else. It can seem odd, but it happens all the time.

No, he only said do I work in a team

So I told him I work alone

He was online but didn't respond again, the next thing I saw was that he can no longer be contacted but it won't affect my response rate.
