What is the best way to send buyers request?

I started my journey in fiverr since 2020. But due to some Problems I can't continue. I wasn't able to create my gig in fiverr. So last night created it. This is very important for me to how to discuss about work with buyers. How I send them a good offers?

Create a portfolio site and showcase your practice work and previous work. So, the buyer can trust you.

Read carefully with a short time and respond quickly. You need to describe the buyer problem/ project shortly with 2-3 line. Attach your portfolio site. (Only Fiverr allowed sites)
