Revision request after deadline

Hello I am a New seller. I have delivered a order before the deadline. But the customers request a revision. I am bit confused. In dashboard it says I am late but order page is showing I have another 5 hours. What should I do to avoid the risk of decrease in On Time Delivery percentage?

Hi there..

As long as you send the first delivery before deadline..., then you are safe.

The "Late" status won't affect your "delivery rate".

As long as you deliver your orders on time, it doesn't count against you. So, don't worry. Just go on and do the revision.

It seems that you already send the first delivery.

So.., i can says that you are safe. It's doesn't matter if your buyer ask revision, and order status is late.

It's doesn't affect your gig delivery rate.

 

So.., yes.., you can send the revisions anytime.
