Right now it’s very difficult to understand what’s your problem especially if you want answers “quick”If you are trying to cancel existing order through resolution center then it will affect your completion ratio anyway no matter what reason you’ll choose.If you are trying to submit ticket to support then obviously the order value is the price of your order in $ and order number is your order number that you can find on your order page :woman_shrugging: 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

We can’t answer your question without knowing what’s the reason for cancellation.
